I needed some tires urgently during a trip up north, and no other place had my size tires in stock but these guys. They have a giant warehouse right behind the parking lot. The service writer Dave is very knowledgeable​, friendly and helpful. 4 tires comes with free life time rotation at any Stratham Tire. You cant go wrong with this place. Highly recommended!

Despite having 2 bad replacement parts on my subaru (strut assembly and cv axle), these guys kept on the repair over several days to get it right. Highly recommend.

The guys are always great about answering any questions I have. I frequently stop in whenever I need repairs or tires and theyve helped me out many times, Ive been going there almost 2 years now.

My fiancee and I went to stratham tire today. And man I dont know what their mechanic is getting paid. But he was able to get our vehicle in even though he was extremely busy and only one we saw working in the garage. He was very fast we saw him pull vehicles in and pull them out just as quick. Seth was very informative and efficient.it was as if he was running the whole shop himself. Seth is a Great Mechanic. Thank you seth and thank you stratham tire.

Fastest and most affordable I could find. I needed tires in a hurry and Stratham Tire Laconia pulled through. While everywhere else was a 1-2 week wait they had me taken care of that day for almost $100 less than the competition. I’ll definitely be back next time.

Went to stratham tire for an inspection, they gave me problems about my exhaust and tires and passed it after they charged me an extra 20$. They didnt mention a single thing to me about my brakes that happened to go out 1 day after it was inspected.

They are all fantastic. Prices are good and they treat you with respect and truly explain things. And if you have any questions or concerns after you call them. Definitely recommend them. They just did a front end alignment for me and will be back for tires.

My advice is to avoid using Stratham Tire unless you can tolerate inept execution and even worse customer service. I had them replace all 4 tires. Once on the highway, one of the tires shook the truck considerably/uncomfortably. In returning to the shop the following week, I was told they would redo all 4 tire balances. Was told needed to add 2 ounces to one of them. Net result was no effect, still shook on the highway. Brought it back one more time, this time they recalibrated the machine...one of them was out. Should be all set. Well, still shake shake shake.I decided to bring my truck to the Londonderry store figuring another set of eyes and new attitude might help. Needless to say it did not.After the first visit I was told I dont know what those guys (in Laconia) were doing but one tire was out 4 ounces. You should be all set. . This is when things got worse, and the shake got worse. In the next visit I was told, you lost one of the weights (not me of course but it fell off. At this point my level of frustration was very high. The manager said theyd make things right. After taking the vehicle out they came back and said its as good as its going to get. By the way, there is a shimmy in the drive shaft. Keep in mind there was no issue with any shake on my prior set of well worn tires. I was also told the tires are a little overkill for the truck.There were many conversations back and forth about how the tire rating was explained to me. Of course all admit that a tire shake and vehicle shake was not explained to be expected. All along I was encouraged that well make things right. Needless to say they didnt.Dont go here. Great price on 4 tires. In an out and driving away on all 4. Its like how you feel when you get a new haircut, but instead of hair, its tires. I love the feeling.

Dave is the man! Had an appointment yesterday at 12:30 to replace all four tires. The tires were so bad I had to call AAA to tow the car, needless to say AAA was 4 HOURS late picking up the car; but Dave made sure the techs put the car in as soon as we arrived no complaints nothing. Most other companies would have made us reschedule. Dave’s a keeper Stratham!!!!!!

Friend bought new tires. Low tire pressure light came on on way back home. Went back same day. All 4 tires had 15 lbs more air in them than supposed to have. (reason for air pressure light going on) Store worker, maybe manager not sure had the nerve to accuse my friend of putting too much air in them, after we left. Why, would someone even do that? Not good customer service when you cant admit someone at your business made a mistake, and instead blame the customer.

Trustworthy and friendly. I travel a lot in my car, and needed someone local who I could trust. After trying a number of local places, I found Mile at Stratham Tire a couple of years ago and have had excellent service every time I have needed them. I would highly recommend them to anyone .
