The audiologist led me to believe that I have significant hearing loss. I felt that her goal was to sell me hearing aids, rather than to give me appropriate counseling. Go to Costco. They don’t want to sell you hearing aids unless you will experience a benefit from them.

Very thorough testing, highly accurate and compassionate Audiologist and great customer service and follow-up. Was so impressed with the hearing technology at various price points- Very Highly recommended!

Very rude on the phone, nice in person though. They’re also slow at processing your claims . I went for an appointment 2 months ago, perfect hearing and they have yet to send that to the VA so my claim can be completed. Don’t goo here!! Reschedule somewhere else . UPDATE : my name isn’t Jim its Keynold and also you the owner “DR” is the person i spoke to today at 2:51 pm . I already reported to the VA and you should be hearing from them soon . Thank you .
