Called to get some information and they were super helpful. When I got off the phone they actually called me back to tell me they close soon and I shouldnt come in. I wasnt actually on the way in, but Im glad they cared enough to let me know!

Celine was wonderful today she got right to me it took her no time to take care of me! She gave me the lowest plan that was unlimited and helped me pick out my phone for my fiance! He was tickled loved the phone and the case she selected for me! I will always go to this location for all my cellular needs! I really appreciated the time she took to help me out. She made my day!

The associate that was there December 1, 2015 He was awesome!!! He was very nice and didnt hesitation to help me or answer any of my questions. He did his job in a very timely manor even while taking payments and phone calls. Awesome job! Thanks!! By the way i love my phone!!!!

The staff at the Hwy.78 store are very helpful. This was my very first smart phone purchase and Im a little illiterate when it comes to its operation. The staff there transferred all my numbers and pictures and made sure I understood how to operate my new gizmo. Thanks again to all the crew at the Ladson location!!

Worst place to buy a fone....if u want a better deal find a corporate store even the owner dont care as long as your filling his pocket with money...upgraded my fone brand new 4 days later had to order warranty fone its broke too they wanted to swap it for 9 extra dollars for refurbed one and no warranty...if you want to get ripped off visit these stores....
