The whole world is short staffed, I’m grateful for the people who actually come to work. The past couple of times I’ve went to the drive threw, I’ve gotten the same rude lady (Linetta). I simply asked if my insurance was on file, “which it should have been,” and she preceded to catch an attitude and said “well it’s not on file.” Now any professional person would’ve took my insurance and put it on file with no issue, I would’ve been more then happy to come back later, but she chose to be unprofessional yet again. If she would’ve asked for my insurance information the last 2 visits I seen her, “ which she did not”, it would’ve actually been on file. Clearly she isn’t doing her job right, so I doubt she put my insurance information in right. Which I will be more then happy to provide a valid picture of how my insurance is not even on my prescription. The next time I come and she’s rude I will go to corporate, the situation will be handled accordingly. Nobody should have to pay for something if it’s covered, covered or not covered none the less my insurance should’ve been on file.

I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE AT THIS LOCATION TODAY! Devon the store manager is rude and very unprofessional, the pharmacy tech that did come up to help was very helpful but it took her 10 min to get the store manager to come up front to help her log on the register . And when she did come she kept answering her what. I will not come back to this location, and hopefully the store manager learns how to be professional.

Once again, CVS has proven its unwillingness as a company to do anything above the bare minimum to ensure customer satisfaction. Even though I have vowed not to spend another penny at a CVS location, I scheduled my two children to have COVID vaccines at the Ladson location. The online scheduling tool only allowed me to make each one a separate appointment an hour apart. I explained this to the pharmacist when we arrived at my first childs appointment time. Even though not a single other appointment arrived between my two childrens appointments, there were multiple associates working, and hardly any customers at the pharmacy, we were made to wait the hour to get my second child his vaccine. Yes, it was his appointment time, but I have a very hard time believing they couldnt have at least tried to make our wait a bit shorter, especially since they allow walk-in appointments. To top things off, the pharmacist was extremely rude. Thumbs down and a zero star rating (had to click at least one). At least CVS is consistent.

3 weeks ago my 14 and 15 year old went for their COVID vaccines here. We were a walk in, and were told to just come back in 3 weeks for the second shot. We came back today, and were told they were not accepting walk-ins, and appointments can only be scheduled online. An attempt to schedule on the website resulted in nothing but website errors. Im very disappointed in the poor communication around this matter.

Pharmacist is RUDE. Will not talk to you directly but will have a middle party talk to you and then you talk to middle party just for them to say it again to the pharmacist. So weird and so RUDE.

Horrible experience! I took someone to this location today to get vaccinated because the website said walk ins were accepted. I tried to schedule an appointment but the website kept giving error messages before receiving the confirmation. The short older lady with a wavy shoulder length bob was extremely rude to us and denied service to her.

I purchased a CVS heating pad a few months ago and lost the receipt. It was flashing on the control clicker and I called the store to see if someone would check the instructions to see how to trouble shoot it. A very nice young man by the name of Ross went out of his say to check the instructions for me and discovered that it was a safety issue. He then went above and beyond his responsibilities by making sure I was able to exchange the broken one even though I didnt have a receipt. He is the kind of employee that more companies could benefit from having. I hope CVS appreciates him as much as I do.

Never do they explain or apologize for ridiculous wait times! Customer is never first. Staff is rude.

CVS Pharmacy on Highway 78 in Ladson is a very convenient and useful stop for all of your drug store, pharmacy, and basic necessities needs. They have a location that is very easy to access from all sides of you are in the area and need something quick. They have really good customer service here and the staff is very helpful and attentive if you need something. I have had positive experiences here over the years.

Linetta is rude.

The pharmacist was so helpful! My prescription for a procedure was not called in on a holiday weekend, she called the doctors after hour number and got my prescription called in! She was amazing and did this on her own! I wouldn’t have been able to get my procedure done if she didn’t help!

Pharmacists are very nice :-) but today had a new person wait on me at drive through. Asked twice how much total was and laid a 20.00 bill in drawer. To the right in bottom of drawer. Took out clipboard..drawer closed. Signed clipboard drawer opened. Placed on top of basket...waiting for change, had even joked about my money being laundered, washed in washing machine.. what 20.oo I didnt see 20.00. Wow ...moved my prescriptions

The service is so great at this CVS! I was waited on by Jessica and, I must say that CVS should feel proud by the way she handles the customer. Best service I have ever experienced at a CVS!

I had a bad experience getting my prescription drugs. The pharmacy attendants were very rude and insensitive, perhaps because I am not an American or my clothes are dirty from the workday. I felt ignored and very sad

Clean store, they have a redbox under the awning, which is great in the rain. If theyd leave a light on after dark, so movies could be returned thatd be great. The location is good too, you can come in off 78 or Ladson Rd. Getting out of the parking lot no so easy.

By far one of my favorite pharmacy. They are always fast, accurate and curiosity. That is with all of my visits. Thank you.

They are the most efficient and kindest staff I have ever met.In my opinion the staff at CVS Ladson Hwy 78, is amazing. Anthony, Olivia, Susan, Pamela, Jamaica, Denise, and every other member of the team, I mean everyone goes above and beyond the needs of customer service. Me personally, I have had a rough transition between having a new Dr.s (my old Dr. Got offered a more desired position as head MD at a rehab clinic), and this CVS staff has made it as smooth as possible on there end for me. Their have been many instances where this pharmacy has helped me troubleshoot through confusing instructions and clarifying when or giving them history and or info needed to reach desired goal or prescription on time. Last but not least recently Anthony head Pharmacist and Olivia showed me how to properly and safely inject my prescribed testosterone injection, something that was much needed but I was also terrified to do for the first time, and they got me through it and gave me tips.Thank you CVS staff, great customer service is hard to find, and you go above and beyond. Went to the minute clinic and received great service. Then walked over to ask the pharmacy a question and got nothing but attitude. I will never go to another cvs again. Everyone in the pharmacy needs to learn customer service.

I love CVS but this location is horrible. Slowest pharmacy ever and why does everyone look miserable. There was no sense of ergency or care at all with anyone working in the pharmacy.

I hate to even give one star. CVS has always put a bad taste in my mouth and this one is the worse!!!!! My Drs office is in NC and Ive always dealt with Walgreens on main st in Summerville, but my Dr changed one of my scripts to a med that they dont carry last month so I decided to give CVS here another chance ( BOY DID I SCREW UP ). Last month I had a little problem getting my med but the problem wasnt enough to change pharmacy, well I go today to pick up my refill and they told me I couldnt get my pain medication until the Drs office called and verify it even though it was emailed by computer from the same Drs office as last month. Walgreens has filled my pain medication at 4am before and has never asked about verifying it. So now since my Drs office is closed for the holidays I have to wait 4 days until I can get it. I dont think Ill be filling it here or any other CVSs. This place really sucks!!!!

This is not the closest CVS by our house but we prefer this one because their pharmacy is a lot faster and they are much nicer

I dont even want to give them 1 star. I called to ask questions about the billing of a prescription that was just transferred back to this store after Kmart Pharmacy closed and apparently theyre not open to questions. The tech I spoke with was very rude and spoke in one word sentences with a large period at the end. As a Pharmacy Technician myself and former CVS employee of 22 years, her attitude is a definite no-no in customer service. Our call took maybe 2 minutes so I pity her other customers who have to speak with her longer.
