This Walmart is clean, well stocked, and has friendly helpful staff. I love ordering online and picking up without having to leave my car. It has been amazing for helping keep me on budget, remembering everything I need, and makes getting groceries with a small child easier. I also love to stop by this store for quick items I forgot to grab. They have lots of self checkouts so I rarely have to wait in line to check out.

Love this store! We moved to Ladson 4 years ago and this is the only place we do our grocery shopping! Its consistently clean and well stocked. The staff is AMAZING! They are always ready and willing to help you out. That being said, one employee in particular sticks out among the rest and its Ms.Kelly! She is outstanding!! Every time we see her she asks how were doing and puts a smile on our faces! Thank you Kelly for making my little ones day today as well! YOU ROCK!!

The weekday grocery pick-up is on point! The gentleman that works pickup is fast, accurate, and so polite!

Never had an issue here. Im always able to find exactly what I need. Its not far away from a full store, but this place typically accommodates me very well. I love the cleanliness and the employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. These are the types of employees that walk you to what youre looking for instead of just pointing. Always well stocked and friendly staff, from the pharmacy to the check out.Only thing I dislike is tht its all self checkout no matter how large your list or cart may be. Expect to ring it up yourself.But, still my favorite store by far for groceries. I can order anything else online lol.And hey, you can always order online here too for pick up, so if you dont wanna leave home, aways check out a pick up option.

This is the pepsi machine by register 3 . this is mold & nasty. The cashier was not so nice she even throw the divider stick down the converter belk. Make sure the vendors are doing there job with there merchandise & machine

Went in for a few things. Rachel and Dee we Awesome!!!!. helped me find what i needed. I work in retail and I know how important customer service is. Both of them asked me if I needed help finding what I was looking for and showed me where it was.

It was just a pleasant experience overall. Easy to locate things and the employees were helpful. I want to let them know that Kelly was a sweetheart as she greeted me with a smile and pointed me in the right direction.

I have been shopping and getting my prescriptions in this store since it opened. I have seen a lot of employees come and go. I will have to say that Kelly has been one of my favorite to meet. I know she doesnt know my name, but every time I walk in she says hey friend. It might seem silly to others, but it makes me feel welcomed.There are a few employees here that seem to not like their job, but the happy, and helpful employees make up for it.

This is my favorite neighborhood Walmart to get my Reverse Osmosis water. Want to save money on water 💧 and reduce your plastic bottle waste? Purchase a 5 gallon water jug and fill it up here for only 💲.35/gal. The employees here are always pleasant which is a plus for my customer service experience 😀. Go the extra mile and charge your water with Love & Peace by writing the words on your bottle.

The store is nothing short of amazing. Every time I come here there is always someone there to assist me when I need them. The pharmacy department women are always nice to me when I get my medication.

Very strange to find this completely do-it-yourself checkout now, but everything was stocked and it was a quick in and out trip. Easy to socially distance on a Sunday after lunch. Not one employee acknowledged our presence except the one pointing is to an open register. Not a complaint. Just facts.

They wanted 5 star but all they do is stand there and help no one out. Everyone works with an attitude and they stock during shopping hours.

I am not reviewing the entire store but I am reviewing jack Daniels pre-cooked ribs that I bought this week… Said they were 2 pounds and served four But there was barely enough meat on the bones for two people and the meat was dry and tough… Definitely not falling off the bone ribs. Definitely the worst pre-cooked ribs I’ve ever purchased.

After a long hard day of working 2 jobs the last thing that I feel like doing is shopping but wherever I walk into your Walmart at the Ladson location KELLY GREEN definitely BRIGHTENS MY DAY with her genuine personality & helpful spirit ‼

Very good selection of produce always neatly stocked and they have a great stock of items that the other stores may be out of.

This store is a little odd at checkout. There are no cashiers. Its all self checkout. I normally dont shop here because of this, but I was there for moral support while my girlfriend got her vaccine (which is kind of cool that you can do that at walmart) and so figured I might as well get a few things while I was there. They had all of the things I wanted and then some, and then when it came time to check out Emily made sure we were taken care of and provided all of the help that I could have asked for. Im still not sure about the whole all self checkout thing, but as long as there are people like her there to help I think Id give it another shot.

I really like the shop on line pick up. The kids do great job picking out my groceries. Never a mistake . Im so grateful to all of them. I wish I was able to tip then. Maybe they will allow in future. I did make a loaf of bread for one of the girls. ☺️

If you need to use a Coinstar DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION! They are having connection issues with Coinstar and their machine had NO sign on it indicating this! Also, the employees I spoke to regarding this issue were very rude and unhelpful in dealing with it. For Coinstar needs and pleasant customer service, go to the Piggly Wiggly at the junction of 78 and Ladson road. I was able to redeem my receipt there that THIS location was unable to process 10 minutes earlier.

When it comes to a Grocery Store. Walmart is the very best. Its got everything .Why waste time in other stores when you have Walmart.

The employee I had this morning obviously hasnt packed a small trunk with a lot of packages..I had to put groceries in my car..not a big deal. I didnt think much of it but found it strange all my order wouldnt fit in my trunk. My trunk wasnt the cleanest. After getting home and opening my cars trunk, I saw spots were a few items could have been moved around. It brought back a memory of my dad. He could pack a trunk full...great memory. My wait time for grocery pickup was around one minute.

I love going here not as crowded like the Super Center and everything is neat and organized not all over the place. The aisles are small, but I can look pass that nice clean store!

Not only are they the stingiest company to work for they don’t even have Apple Pay....??? How are you a multi billion dollar company but don’t have ApplePay...? It’s 2021 time to spend some of y’all’s money you don’t pay your employees and actually get up to date with the times. Another reason I would pass Walmart and go the extra couple miles to Harris teeter or other credible businesses instead of wasting my money here!

The staff are sour, unhappy, unresponsive, and unhelpful. They have no concept of the word service. They just show up for work.There are NO option to go to a cashier. It is all self checkout. Yet they have several staff standing around chatting.Walmart has an illusion of being a low cost grocery. They are not. Their prices are comparable to other grocery stores that provide full service to their clients.

Store is clean and staff friendly however just go the half mile to food lion on Ladson. Better produce always stocked and you dont have to wait in long lines to check yourself out after a long day of work. I avoid this Walmart since they went full self check. No thanks. Im tired after work and dont want to grocery shop AND have to scan and bag all my groceries.

Did a online order and the driver delivered it at the wrong apartment when it clearly states where I live. I called customer service and been on hold for 10 min and was told that the Walmart will call me in about a hour. I called them and they told me all they could do is give me a refund in about 5-7 business days. Like wow. You dont know if this was the last bit of money I had for food and I have wait for 7 days. The driver didnt even call me and Im not gonna put her name out there. People are inconsiderate.

Usually have what I need but its very crowded. Zero cashiers. 100% self checkout. Thats either good or bad depending on how many people are there.

I like this one. It’s close to my house, interrupted an employee for help and he was very friendly and assisted me with items I needed that were stocked on top of shelves still in packaging. The cashier was even nice! I love shopping here! Gas station a plus too!

First time in the Ladson Road neighborhood walmart...park lot was trashy...but there were no carts in the parking lot give them A+++ and they had hand sanitizer and purell wipes to do the shipping cart another A+++ the store was super clean ( I was thinking I needed to start shopping at this location) the 3 employees we walked past all greeted us with a friendly HELLO...as we rolled in the check out I notice its ALL SELF CHECK OUT...but the 2 employees running that area saw I had small children (under 4) with me and offered to ring up my grocery ($92.76)...that was a big HELP...now mind you this could be an exception to the rule...depending on the day and time of day you go to any grocery store in the low country...overall great shopping experience...

Walmart Neighborhood Market on Ladson Road in Ladson is a reliable and convenient Walmart Neighborhood Market location. It is very easy to access and get in and out with quality food items at a good value. Food everything that it is they do a really good job and I have had a good experience every time I have been here with no problems.

Everything was good except for them having wilted iceberg salads and not having Lamb Chops 😒

I really love the pick up grocery I normal have Levi but he was off ...this time I had a gentleman name SAM he was very nice and professional everything was put into my car with care and I loved that he let me know what was replaced and asked if I was satisfied with the replacements I will continue using the pickup grocery because of LEVI AND SAM

I stopped by after work. Im tired. I accumulated a full buggy of items. Go to check out. All lines have been converted to self check out. The lone was as all the way to produce. I parked my full buggy at the beginning of one aisle. I stated not me. I did tell the greeter there is a buggy full of groceries and if Wal-Mart can not pay cashiers to cash me out maybe they will hire them to restock my items. Walmart does NOT send me a w2 at the end of the year. I went another store for customer service. . I like walmart but refuse to cash myself out.

Typical neighborhood market, but the forced self checkout will cause us to go elsewhere even if it costs a little more.

Quickly stopped in for a quick get together with a girlfriend at about 5pm on a Tuesday. Had to play bumper cars with pallets in every single isle, no hot food at the deli and staff leaning on said pallets swapping pics and stories of the weekends adventures. Not impressed at all, Ill stick with the one in my own neighborhood.

I like the Walmart Neighborhood stores in general because theyre quicker in and out than the regular Walmarts. Today it was difficult to find six Roma tomatoes that werent soft or even rotten. Someone should go through the tomatoes and get rid of the rotten ones at least. Noticed a few fruit flies while I was selecting the tomatoes.
