Many companies are great while selling you something but provide poor support if things don’t quite go right. Underglass makes sure their customers are satisfied both during and after the sale. I highly recommend them.Chris installed a brake controller for my SUV a few days before I picked up my new camper. When I connected it to my camper, it seemed to work fine.However, during my subsequent 2600 mile trip, I began to realize that it did not always work the way it should. Sometimes it would not detect that the trailer was being connected and I would have to fiddle with it to make sure it was active. Sometimes it wouldn’t indicate the trailer wasn’t connected, like it was supposed to. Sometimes it was difficult to set and I often wondered if it was really working the way it should. Something didn’t seem right.After my trip, I went back to Underglass (Chris) with my trailer and described my experience. In consultation with the mfg., he verified that it was installed properly, road tested it, and said it was working properly ( at least for the moment).Instead of telling me there was nothing wrong and sending me on my way, Chris replaced it anyway. This really impressed me. The new one has worked flawlessly proving to me there truly was something intermittent and funky with the original.I can’t speak highly enough about Chris and his company.

Had a shower door explode so wanted 3M film installed on the new door. I called and talked to the owner and he said I had to have the door installed before they put the film on. He seemed in a hurry but That seemed ok. I called a contractor and paid to have the shower door installed. Called him back and discussed details and he realized I had a frameless shower door. I told him that before but he was too busy. Now he said I needed to have the door taken down, hardware taken off and then he could apply the film. Then I’d have to pay to put the hardware on and rehang the door. He said he wasn’t helping to defer the cost and kept denying any fault. I just lost my house in a lightning strike and had it rebuilt.... not the way you treat people. This is bad business!!!

We decided to get the house windows tinted. Had a referral for Underglass. Called and they came out to do an estimate the same day in the afternoon. Had an opening the next morning. Kerri came out the next morning and started installing right away. Worked nonstop until she completed the job. Looks good and cut down on the bright morning sun. If anyone needs some tinting done, I highly recommend Underglass.

She did a great job, however, she arrived at the house with no mask. She said she doesnt wear a mask, so I gave her one. If youre concerned about someone from the outside wearing a mask, ask before they arrive.

Drove 200+ miles to get my Jaguar f-type tinted, partly because, well, I just wanted to drive, but mostly because I knew I would be getting excellent service. I had no idea what tint to put on my car so I told Chris to make the choice for me; Color Stable on the side and rear, windshield is made of one piece Crystalline that takes all the heat away from the scorching sun. Now all the windows blend in with the glass roof the Jag has and it looks unbelievable.... Thanks Chris. I have two more cars to go.

My family and I have used Underglass many of times over the years. They have tinted multiple cars, installed car radios, done custom work on cars and trailers, and installed window tint at our house. Their customer service is outstanding and the quality of work we receive is exceptional every time!

I have had 5 different cars tinted there. After this last experience, wont be back. Quoted one price. Told some outrageous price on the phone when calling to pick up car AFTER IT IS DONE. Then told the secretary told us wrong price. But still told a much higher price. Because they chose to do something different and they didnt pay attention to something when quoting a price.
