Theres really only two cigar stores with smoking rooms in The Villages. One is Garvinos, which is nice and upscale, but has a very small smoking room that can hold - at most - 8 people, and it gets pretty crowded in there with 8 people.Low Ball Louies has a large smoking area (the whole store is smoking friendly) with seating for 17+, two high def TVs, and a quiet table in the front of the store away from the TVs for people like me who like to come in and read or use the Internet (matter of fact I am writing this review from that table right now). They also have a coffee machine (K-Cup), and sell beer and wine (not an eclectic selection, but adequate). Theres also a Starbucks next door is you prefer a better cup of coffee. The place is cigarette friendly (many cigar stores do not allow cigarette smoking).The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They have a large walk-in humidor with a good selection. Prices are reasonable. For those interested (Im a cigar smoker myself) they also sell cigarettes, vapes and roll-your-own supplies.Only major complaint is the parking. Parking is inadequate as this is a very busy strip center, and around lunch time its hard to find a parking space. However there is plenty of parking next door in the large adjacent shopping center.Only other minor complaint is I would love to see a more eclectic selection of beer. Wine is limited to single-serve bottles and is a cheap brand.----8/2016 Follow-up: Now that Verizon store has moved, parking situation is much better.7/2017 Followup: Beer selection has improved a bit. They have Fat Tire, Boston Lager, Dos Equis (pale and amber). Some new chairs and couches.5/2019 Followup: They are moving June 8, 2019 to a new location 3.8 miles south at 2826 Sunrise Road, Lady Lake (yellow/green stand-alone building that used to be a golf car store).

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Very good selection of cigars in the walk in humidor, despite being under humidified. A bit over priced as to the competition, but will do when in a pinch for smokes. Parking can be a hassle, but that is no fault of the staff or management. Very comfortable and well stocked smoking lounge. I was going to rate three stars because of pricing but the friendly staff and the smoking lounge pushed it to four stars.

This Is A Nice place to Stop In And Have A Beer And A Cigar. Relax Watch The Game.

Their private brand is a good bundle cigar. They also have Quorum and Factory Throwouts, plus the major box blends.

I really like their selection of cigars and the staff are very friendly. Good prices, too.

9/3/17 Drove 30 minutes to get there after finding the site on the internet. Asked if they honored the site price for a box of R &J Reals and wanted to try the Dominican house blend cigar and possibly switch from my 1 cigar a day Macanudo use to save a little. The kid told me he was corporate and that low ball louies did not have a site on the internet. Being a business owner for many years with many employees I suggested he google it and notify corporate of the bogus site I had found. He arrogantly refused since you know he was corporate. They got to keep 200.00 plus of cigars today and thousands in the future. Lessons, sometimes customers are right, and dont hire punks.

Came in to check out theyre stock beautiful store asked about a rolling machine and if they had glass pipes because i like some of my tobaccoo through glass for taste and i got asked to leave. Very bad customer service if u had an issue against glass pipes say no we dont carry them but we have so and so type of pipe of you wouldve shown me something i liked i wpuldve spent money but instead u threw me out really embarrassing maybe because glass pipes are associated with marijuana i dont know but they had vapes there and u can smoke marijuana concentrate through some. So that couldnt have been it. Anyways hopebthey go out of busniess sorry ass shop
