Last minute service is second to none! I called all three locations and only received a response from the Spanish Springs location. Paula and Anna took immediate action to welcome us and get our service repair done. They went above and beyond what was necessary.....especially since I never even received a return phone call from either of the other locations. If you need a new or used cart or service GO TO THE SPANISH SPRINGS LOCATION! Its the best!

Cart was available and Mark was great to explain its use and issues associated with the purchase of a new cart.

I stopped in here to get help regarding an electric cart while vacationing in The Villages. The gentleman that came up to help me was very condescending and short. He didnt want to be bothered. There were only 2 other customers in the store at the time & about 5 workers. I will NEVER return to this Spanish Springs location again. The Lake Sumter Landing is far more accommodating and considerate.

The sales person, Mark, was outstanding. When we buy, Mark will get the sale.

Dont go here for repairs on your cart,had my belt change,on my 20 golfcart came home parts were fallen off by the time I pulled in the driveway at home,had it towed to Sumter landing

Bought a golf cart from them was told I could rent one for free any time, when I went back for free rental they treated me poorly and embarrassed in front of my son. Never again, I will never walk into that place.

Heres a hard one to believe, I needed some windshield bolts and they just GAVE them to me, no charge!

Very helpful. Im disabled and the attendant put air in all 4 tires and explained proper PSI for golf cart tires.

Worst customer service in the area. Manager was rude and very impatient. The sale process was extremely painful and very deceiving. I have bought many cars in my life and none were as painful as this experience. The cart delivered was dirty. This process was not as I expected from the villages. Very disappointing!

Really good customer service. There was a miscommunication and instead of discounting the cost, they charged me nothing. I did not expect it and am grateful for their treatment of me. I shall return!

There are so many pluses over the other competitors - to name a few - New - 5 year Bumper to Bumper -PLUS years 6-10 - $25 an hour instead of $50- $80 an hour. YES the bottom of seats are insulated - 1 year free towing - A free puddle blocker - Pricing all averages out the same for all competitors - referrals - they get $100 toward products at the Villages Golf Cart Store. Discounts for 2018 models are over $1400 (for Yamaha new)and it is only July. If you do an entire research like I do - there is NO other place to buy. The Convience is incomparable. The service is Priority. Every member of the Spanish Springs Golf Cart location was helpful and engaging.

Good & bad, bought my used cart from them almost 8 years ago, over the years have had many service jobs done. Mostly its been with good results, a few repair visits have not turned out as well. Several persistent problems weve had for a couple years, they just cant seem to correct, a loud rattling under the cart. loud valve knocking, a scraping sound that recurs every year when the weather gets cooler & differing cart max speed following each service. Were looking to find a better repair shop right now. Sorry Villages Golf carts, despite being helpful & friendly, your service department has let us down too many times.

Stoped in on Thursday. Was told first come first served if I showed up Friday before 8AM. Was on site at 0715 to be first in line. At 8AM l checked in and was given a loaner and told they would call me when done early afternoon . They knew I needed same day service and the reasons at check in. Supposedly red flagged. Showed up 1PM and was notified they had not got to it and would be the next week. Obviously poor management. Appointment was for service not repairs. Do not believe there commitments. I am sorry does not cut it for me when I waste most of my day waiting for routine repairs. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

Excellent rental and sales. Good to make reservations if you rent. I am disappointed that if they dont have a rental readily available. Then they will do nothing to try to help you find one somewhere eles. I guess in my mind if you really care about customer service. You do everything you can to please the customer. Even if it means sending them somewhere else. Hopefully the customer will recognize that and come back to you next time.

After paying $20,000 for a 2019 golf cart, I discovered that the large Yamaha cooler that they installed at the back of golf cart interfered with the Curtis cab. You would think that they would check to see if it opened correctly. Four weeks after I bought the cart I realized that the cooler wouldnt open. Salesman refused to swap it out for the smaller version. Buying from The Villages Golf Cars is slightly less dependable than buying from Craigslist. I wouldnt recommend buying there.
