I called looking for a side panel insert for an ac unit. Spoke to a lady that was very helpful. I was going to have to order the part. I took off work an hour early. Drove from Youngsville to Scott. When I got there she was not there but an older man was there said no we cant get that. I asked can I get the whole panel and frame for the unit probably not. I asked could he check and check to see how much it was. I dont think he even really checked and said no cant get it. Why dont you use some cardboard. Really! I guess that is what he would put in his house. An hour of work lost pay, gas to get there and a waste to time talking to that man. I am sure if the lady had been there she would have done anything to help. He wouldnt even give me the number.

Bought some dryer parts back in may for about $90. Came back a week later to bring back the part since it wasnt needed. They told me the system was down, so called each week for a month straight. They never called me once for common courtesy to inform me on the situation even after I called and reminded then of their actions. They simply didnt care and clearly they dont. Now Its august and still I never got a phone call or my $90 refund. Guess Ill have to sue

Nice people and had the part I needed in stock. What was disappointing was the price was more than they list it for on there website. Not a big deal considering shipping cost, right? However, when I got home and looked at the receipt, I noticed they slipped in a charge for a warranty without asking for my permission. Nice scam you got going... My advice, shop somewhere else or make sure you check all the charges before paying.

Dont come here. Lady behind the counter needs a major lesson on how not to be rude. Wow! Id rather shop local, but Amazon it is for this purchase.
