Was told theyd design my kitchen FOR ME🤣😯 Then we NEVER heard a word back from them. Got a custom cabinet maker to design my entire home and its FABULOUS! Sorry Tops...you should serve our small town better than this.

Tops recently built custom cabinetry and a new front desk for our veterinary hospital lobby. The design was intricate and complicated but Tops came through in a big way. The final result is better than we could have dreamed. The installation was tricky but the entire team from sales consultant to install team is top notch, extremely accommodating, knowledgeable and skilled. Not to mention they are a pleasure to work with. Thank you!

Delivery for Tops were awesome. They were on time. They got the work done and was very kind, polite and just a joy to be around and also very helpful. I give these guys a five 🌟 on the other hand customer service inside the store was horrible. My sales lady K.. did not know what the hell she was doing at all !!!! She could not answer my question without going to the back and ask someone. I gave her the benefit of the doubt that maybe she was knew but no she’s been there for a very long time. But when she got in front of her manager she swore she had told me everything, that she didn’t “Also That one manager in the back, the fat guy that just sits in the back and have the look as thought he don’t want to be there was also very disrespectful . I wish I had a corporate number because I would call and report them both!

January 21, 2015We’ve been remodeling our house the past 6 months and we have had numerous people working on this project and it is our opinion that Gavin and his crew have been the most professional. The opening for the SubZero was a bit too small but Gavin knew exactly what to do to the cabinet to make it fit. Even more impressive was the way he handle the modification of the cabinet for the double ovens when he discovered the opening was 5” too short. Without skipping a beat, he dismantled the partition between the opening and the drawer below and appropriated 5” from the drawer area. When he finished, it looked like the cabinet had always been that way! My cabinet man has since cut down the drawer to fit and made a new drawer front. Looks great! What was also impressive was that he had all the tools he needed to do the job! This has not been the case with many of the workers that have been here.Not only did Top’s give up the best price, their salesman Dale Bourgeois was knowledgeable and helpful with my selections and to top it off, Gavin did a fantastic job installing them! Amazing customer service!! We recently bought a house that needed new appliances. We visited Tops and were able to find affordable appliances that look great in our kitchen. They also consulted with us on what we might need in the future. The service was wonderful. They installed everything and came back out to troubleshoot a power problem we were having. We live in an old home and the problem turned out to be an electrical issue on our end. Cant say enough good things about the customer service they provided!

I purchased new refrigerator from Tops, the sales team was very knowledgeable and the installers did a great job. They hauled away my old fridge and they even took my old broken shop fridge!

Ridiculous place. Demands 100% payment up front. Only place I ever heard of doing this. Also when asked to put extra warranty in writing basically said trust us. Sorry no.
