AVI is a great, locally owned company. Same prices as Big Box in a homegrown brick and mortar. Great employees that go out of their way to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Came out to repair video security system. Offered a couple options to fix and I said yes lets start with the simplest option then work our way up. Then nothing for 3 weeks completely ghosted me never heard back. I called today to check and see what was happening and spoke to someone who claimed our system was completely dead and he didnt think we wanted to replace the whole thing (not true and if it was completely broken we would have bought a whole new system from him!!!!) and was condescending and interrupted me several times. We will find someone who is more professional and organized.

Brought my vehicle to be tuned. Was very poorly done. Was charged $160 when from the start was told $50-75. But supposedly took longer because he connected a couple wires. Further investigation he installed another Remote wire was added without my knowledge T tapped into the hardwired kit i installed for my dash cam. When i called back to see if they could see what was going on he then says Well i would have to charge a diagnostics fee Literally an hour after i picked up the vehicle. Very disappointed in a place that has over 25+ years in home and car audio.. Would not issue a refund because it took they guy 2 hours to tune and add a wire that i did not authorize

We have used AVI many times over the years for service with a TV antenna, adjustments and purchasing a new TV. Kurt Schoeffler goes above and beyond, his technician Blaine was extremely helpful and very courteous.

Don was very helpful and knowledgeable. We had to replace our tv after it got fried from a recent storm. Way better experience than buying anything from Best Buy. 10/10 would recommend

Every time I walk in I get the most amazing service. Always acknowledged no matter if everyone is busy. Guys know the equipment they are selling and wont steer you wrong. Bought from them several times and Ill go back 100 times before i go to best buy.

Absolutely stunned with how amazing everything that Nicky and Ken did. Not only put an entire sound system in my car but also to fix my cut wiring harness. Everything was above and beyond expected from the short time it took them to the amazing customer service I will recommend AVI to anyone and everyone!

They have a large variety of products and a large showroom. They dont seem to carry really high end products, though. They do not do much in the way of home automation, either. Overall, the staff was courteous and knowledgeable. The products that they do carry are all solid products and though I have not seen any of their installations, the installation staff was very knowledgeable.

I dont really trust anyone else to do my car audio except these people. Great service and people.

Very helpful staff but way too expensive for me. I stopped here after searching amazon and visiting best buy in lafayette to try and see what options are avaliable in the home theater market. I had hoped to find something in between a sound bar with subwoofer and high-end home theater.I was treated to a 30 minute long experience with a large television and amazing sound by a very knowledgeable and helpful salesman. However, this store is for high end customers only. I was hoping to find a larger selection of equipment but I would have to spend a minimum of $1,500- $2,000 to build a system here. On top of that I would have to build a system piece by piece. I think they should build packages here based on the good, better, best model.Great for high-end customers but not for middle of the road or low-end budgets.
