Its a JOB 😌 Not really a good place to work there is absolutely no structure here employees do what they want here causing a real mess of an environment. The pay sucks given the work they do here. If your desperate and cant find any work they will get you in quickly.

Here is a company were trusting to partially assemble out vehicles. (A machine we entrust the saftey of our children to.) Yet here they are, too neglectful to think of clearly marking the shipping and receiving doors. There is ONE tiny sign outside marked shipping. Recieving isnt marked AT ALL. If you have insulation rolls, doors 22-24. Regular recieving is 18-14.Im so glad I wasted 40 minutes of my life looking for something that should have been clearly marked.

Literally drove me to attempt suicide. Management didnt care about safety or staff. Their mentality is its better to improperly quickly train 10 people until someone gets it, than it is to properly train 1 person

Very Disappointed at this place. Great people work there but it has no professional management. The people in charge wear these green Shirts and treat employees awfully. They dont care if your there 12 or 14 hours. Sometimes management will force you to work without a break. Which by the way is against the law and its a huge Osha Violation. Again I met amazing hardworking individuals but management is awfull and unfair to their employees.

Finally, I earned a Master of Science in Engineering Technology & Management (2 courses remaining to complete, but I was allowed to graduate on May 17, 2014.I am more than ready to put my education and skills to work. I am in search of a career that I can call home until the day comes when I retire from the workforce all together. I am looking for at least 35+ years of loyal productivity. Clearly the most square footage of educated and overpaid idiots in the state of Indiana! Mgmt is weak and full of double standards. You can often walk past a managers desk and find them looking on YouTube, shopping,buying airline tickets or filling ones mouth with chewing tobacco. Just to name a few. Minimal room for pay and few if any incentives. Theres no morale or moral checks. All the company cares about is instrument panels (dashboards) doors and the Japanese constituents the fly halfway around the world to see their American sweatshop and its sharecroppers. The retention of employees is horrible. Five plant managers in 5 yrs. Ive worked for the company for approximately 6 long years and drove a forklift for 4 of them while rapidly destroying my body for a job no one would touch for more than one day while only making 13.75 an hour. Lol. A company that is expanding not growing. A billion dollar company that pays by the pennies. Do me and yourself a huge favor. Avoid this company like an STD and dont buy a Subaru! Ive seen the inspection process and seen what goes out the doors. Oh yeah, they have mice also.

Its an awfull place to work at. This company and its management treat employees unfairly, sometimes not even letting them use the restroom for hours. Management speaks and treats their employees unfairly and abusively. The State and Osha should really take a closer look at this place . Unsafe working conditions and employees often work 12 to 15 hours without a Break.

My husband got hurt at work supervisor acted like it was nothing and never said take drug test so he was fired. They do pay a lil more then they use to and he was told he could come back in 90 days.
