Extremely pleased with the removal and replacement of the windshield in my 2017 Buick EnclaveInstaller was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions regarding the replacement of my windshield. Removed and replaced my windshield in a little over 1 hour. I would not hesitate using Safelite Auto Glass in the future.

Was out in exactly 1 hour! The windshield looks amazing and there were snacks and drinks! And coffee pods to choose from wich is awesome at 7 in the morning!

I had my windshield replaced. Service was fast turn-around and on time, windshield is fine quality. The issue was the installation job and subsequent customer service. The trim was damaged on installation and slowly came loose after going high speeds. I took it in and they repaired it by super-gluing it back on... poorly. When another trim piece started acting the same way, I had it inspected by another professional who said this was an issue caused by the installation and pointed out other flaws, including how the paint had been scratched when the trim had been fixed. Went back to Safelite, who told me they would superglue the other trim piece but otherwise wouldnt take responsibility for the issue. I was threatened for being out of warrantee for talking with another professional about it. I dont know how this policy can be construed as anything but taking advantage of a customer who is not trained to look for flaws in their installation job and must rely on the good will of Safelite to rectify the issue. The manager told me that their quality manager would call me, but surprisingly they never did. I cant find any way to get in touch with Safelite corporate to fix the issue. If youre still unsure on who to use, I would contact your local car dealer and ask them which auto glass vendor they recommend.

Would not do at home service due to possible weather, so had to change plans and take it to them. But the glass appears to be oem or better (no leaks)

Easy to navigate website. They worked with my insurance to cover the cost. Fixed it the day of my appointment hassel free. I am pleased with the results.

Tried calling to get questions answered and a quote.. too many prompts to go through and never got to speak to anyone so I didnt even try to get a quote online. Too much of a hassle.

Not happy that when given a local number to call with any questions that it only directs you to go online. Never was able to talk to a human because of the covid-19. Then why give the number to call to begin with. But again, thanks to Chad I finally got a number that I could talk to them.

Recommended by my insurance as the window replacement company they prefer. It did take about one week for a tech to come to my home. However Tech notified me in the morning of his schedule and the estimated time of arrival and then again when he was on his way. He was friendly and explained the process then got to work. I let him know of my concerns with the old window, it had been leaking for years since I obtained the vehicle, but I was getting it replaced due to the many cracks also in it. When he finished ( took about an hour ) he let me know he was done, said it wasnt too bad in the ceiling where the leak had been and it appeared to be a clip that was left in the window from manufacturing. He gave me the instructions on what not to do over the next ten days, and asked if I had any questions, and that was it. Fast, friendly, and so far window looks great and no leaks!!! I would definitely recommend safelight and use them again.

Got a large chip in the windshield on I65, called them at 11 am, had an appointment by 11:30 and chip was filled in 20 minutes. Our insurance covered it at no charge! Very happy with our experience.

Dont go to this place. I had the worst experience ever. After they installed my windshield they didnt reconnect any of the hoses.I had to take my car into the service place to get charged 160 dollars just for them to reconnect the wiper fluid hoses.Never getting anything done by them again.

They were very nice and respectful to my service dog in training. quick service to! got my full windshield replaced in under an hour even though they were busy!

Nice and quick, got my whole windshield changed in 25 min (they have two people) and also cleaned all exterior glasses and vacuumed the floor. Definitely my go to in the future

I really like their online appointment interface, which allowed me to set an appointment time during off-hours. After reserving my appointment, I called around for quotes and discovered that theirs was the least expensive. They did a great job, when scheduled, in the estimated amount of time. All four of the employees I interacted with were personable and professional.

Safelite was very helpful in fixing our minor chip. Offered to run through the insurance company first and vacuumed our car.

This company just ROCKS! I was on a trip to go back my Dads and a rock hit my windshield, causing it to crack extensively. Safelight was the company I called and the mobile service was able to come out the very next day.The Tech was incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and efficient! Impressive! Because of this level of service, I will be a lifetime customer!

I used them a week ago when I noticed a round crack in my windshield. Matt, the technician, arrived earlier than expected, but notified me that he was on his way early. His customer service was exceptional, and he made sure I understood everything that I needed to know. He did a great job repairing the crack, and unless you already know where to look - you cant even tell there was a crack.

After making an appointment on Friday and driving 1.5 hours to get to the service location since it would take them up to 5 days to get the part where I was. I was told they did t have it and the quote I got was low (this more expensive) and it would take 3-5 days to get the glass. No calls ahead of time to tell me they didn’t have the glass nor that the cost would be higher. If I could give zero stars I would this is horrendous customer service. This was an 8 am appointment as well great way to spend my last vacation day, thanks safelite.

Dont use these clowns... they came to my home to repair a passenger side window. Not only did they not repair the window properly, the broke my window switch bezel and my door locks. It was a nightmare getting everything fixed and paid for. The shop manager told me I could have it repaired elsewhere and he would have me reimbursed for my out of pocket costs. When I told him how much the repair cost, he tried to give me a prepaid Visa credit card. I called corporate and they said that was not the protocol for customer reimbursement and that the shop manager was already under suspicion of some shady business practices previously reported by other customers. Stay clear of this place... have anybody else replace your damaged glass.

My husband and I had both of our windshields crack and chip one week apart. My father-in-law has been an auto-mechanic in town for years and swears by safelite. Our insurance uses them and it cost is nothing to repair both windshields. The employees were upfront and clear about what they do, how they do it and the unfortunate situations in which the glass doesnt qorkout with the resin. I apperciated their honesty and their kindness. We will use them again.

The technician who come out to replace my windshield put the molding on upside down, so I had to take it into the shop to get it redone. But on the plus side the manager did refund me the transportation fee of $40

Have them come to your driveway and take the chips and cracks out of your windshield, most of the time insurance covers everything with no deductible, definitely check it out!
