Found this place online. Came in to get my sons haircut. The barber informed me that Thursday through Sunday were by appointment only. This is mentioned no where on the website. If this is the expectation, it should be stated on their site. The one barber that was there was pleasant about it, but still a waste of my time for something that should be stated on their site.

They cut my hair on the appointment time and wasnt annoying, got me out quick. Wish I had extra money to tip! Barber name was Dario and got lots of compliments on the cut

Brought my 3 yr old son in to get a cut after schedulong a kids hair with Dieon. Mind you I have had his hair cut here many times before but by Lee. Dario instantly started complaining about not wanting to cut my sons hair because he might not sit still. He said he would try but gave very little effort even saying he didnt have time to deal with cutting my sons hair because he has customers coming in, as if I wasnt a paying customer myself. Not to mention he started my sons cut late because he needed time to eat, smh. After a few minutes he said that was the best he could do. I said ok, paid (even left him a tip) as my son walked further away from me toward the play area I realized he left my sons head a wreck. I took my son back to him a requested that he fix it as best as he could. Did so all while throwing out passive aggressive comments. If certain barbers dont want to cut kids heads below a certain age then that should be stated that. I was a regular custom of the barbershop until now and I will no longer recommend this place to anyone other than to say, Lee has done a great job on both boys heads in the past but I can no longer support an establishment that condones this type of treatment of paying customs. I will gladly take my business else where.In response your reply: I may have gotten his name wrong. Maybe it was Dario or something like that. It began with a D.. Brown skin, glasses, tattoos on his arms, working the first chair as you walk in the shop. I hope that give you a better idea. If you dont service children under 5 then you should state that somewhere. That is not stated anywhere on your app and also like I said, I have gotten my 3 year old sons hair cut there before so the statement you have made is not true. The lack of consideration in your response, lack of desire to ressolve these issue and lack of investigation into the matter makes it even more apparent that this review and lose of my business is warranted. Now I actually believe 2 stars was too gracious. Please consider implementing customer service training into your business model.

I’ve been coming here for a year for my 4 boys Ab huncho is my kids barber she does amazing job especially with my with son that has Autism she the only barber in town that’s willing to deal with my son because it’s so hard to get him to keep calm and he does that with her I really appreciate it thanks so much ❤️❤️

2nd time with an appointment and both times were a joke. A few weeks ago I came in and dude was behind 45 min. I waited. Ok cool maybe just a bad day. Tried again and had an appointment and he left right after he finished the cut that ended 5 min after my appointment should have started.

I was over charged I feel and for the work I don’t see how though. Yes I was but 5 mins late and he did not clean up from the previous ppl that was there which I was surprised since it’s COVID. I mean his bio says he cut female/male but I don’t think that’s was the case and I think he did it purposely cause he was too busy talking to a girl who came in as he finished. I did not want to even tell him how to correct it cause he should of knew better I was just ready to go . Worst experience compared to the other 3 times I wish the old barber never left.

I came to my appointment. Told the barber at the front that I was here. My barber (AB) wasn’t there. I waited for AB to arrive but there was already someone there who was there before me who said they had an appointment with AB. I waited an hour for her to cut that guys hair. Turns out that guy actually didn’t have an appointment, even though he told her he did. But as a barber you should know when your appointments are and who has what appointment. Then afterwards she said she can’t cut my hair bc all her appointments are screwed up now. I drove my bike a mile, then took a bus, waited over an hour, had to take a bus back, ride my bike back, and I didn’t even get to get my haircut bc of how unorganized she was. I’ve had plenty of bad barbershop experiences out here in Tippecanoe County but never as bad as this. I will never come back.

Don’t pay with debit card. Huncho made me run my card twice because the first time “didn’t go through” once I check my debit card history I notice she charge me twice. I try to explain the situation and even show her Prof on the app but she gave an attitude and said they couldn’t do anything about it. I made my appointment at 5 o’clock I end up getting a cut at 6:10 smh. I will never come back there again. Mark my words.

I had a great experience for me and my son. Lee was our barber, we where in and out in less than an hour and was Lee was very professional. I highly recommend due to the professionalism, skills and cleanliness.

My experience at R&R Barber shop was the best Hands down . I came in as a walk in AbHuncho greeted me with kindness she was very Professional. The wait was no longer then 5 mins .I was so nervous about getting another hair cut because of the bad experience I’ve had in Lafayette at other barber Shops . But she made feel so comfortable . The cut was very clean I love it I love It . The shop was beautiful and clean Hand sanitizer Was also available that’s a major plus I will be back next week thanks R&R Barber shop

Fortunately, I stumbled across R&R Barber Shop for my son months ago. We have not went anywhere else since. Our experience at R&R has been nothing but the best. Everyone is so kind- but Rico is our guy! I am so impressed every time I leave on my son’ hair and Rico’s attention to detail! R&R barber shop isn’t like any other barber shop. As soon as you walk in you feel welcomed and right at home. From the music playing to the laughs exchanged they make getting a haircut enjoyable. Lee clean with the clippers!!! Always gets me together even if it’s a simple line up or a detailed design. Drive 45 mins just to get a cut. Never unprofessional, always on time, persistent. 10/10 recommend getting a cut from Lee. Make sure to get the R&R barber shop app and make an appointment.

I took my nephew in for a fade and line up! He didnt get good service at all. Didnt cut enough off, messed up on their line up. He wont be back.

I had high hopes to get a nice hair cut and shave here.The shop was not busy on MLK Monday noon.Soon I was seated at Lees station.I told him I would like a cut using scissors only. He called it precision-cutUnfortunately there was no precision in his cutting.His scissors were blunt and kept pulling at the hair. I questioned him why his scissors were not sharp. He replied and agreed that his scissors needed sharpening but he was too busy to do so.Also I had to have him smooth out steps that he created in my hair. Not good.As for the shave: he nicked the skin 3 times, something that I have not experienced in the past 25 years.Not a good experience, unfortunately!

Had a messed up haircut from another spot, walked in and Brandon got me right. He knows how to fade and how to do customer service and satisfaction. Good people, recommend Brandon for fades. 11/10

I would say that the Customer service was amazing got into detail with my hair. My Barber Brandon was a very Friendly person as well, was really outgoing and deserves to be the best barber in Lafayette!! Would really recommend his service to anybody out in the 765!! Real Talk💯👌🏿

-1 should be an option for ratings. Three times I’ve visited this place and haven’t had a good experience. They don’t greet you when you walk in. I called to find out how long the wait was they said 45 min,we waited for over an hour and a half only for them to say they’re done for the day. If you see a customer sitting there why not inform them on what’s going on? Why should I be the one to ask and you have the nerve to tell me I should’ve talked to someone. YOU SAW ME SITTING THERE THE SAME WAY YOU SAW ME YESTERDAY. It’s your place of business you need to do better. Very disappointed in your services.

Horrible customer service besides the initial person that told me I could get in as a walk in. I sat there for almost 2 hours with my son and all they did was acknowledge those that are regulars. We were skipped over several times until I said screw it and left. Id give the person that actually spoke to me 5 stars, but the overall experience honestly deserves zero stars. Never going back.

Not only is the shop a welcoming environment but also all the barbers are professional with a hint of hood to keep it feeling like home. My go to is Lee whos been my main barber for the past 3 years he knows how to give you the confidence you need just from a haircut. I 100% reccomend everyone to check this place out.

I would not recommend going here. Not only did they not cut my partner’s hair like he asked, they were so careless that his head is covered in cuts and is swollen. I asked for a refund because his head was in so much pain, but they refused to give us any money back. I am extremely disappointed in this barbershop and will be taking my business elsewhere.

This barber shop is the best around! Lee Sturdivant is an absolute artist. He can do anything you want, doesn’t matter what type of hair you got. This isn’t a Great Clips type of place, this a real barber shop.
