Pleasant experience. Staff that helped me was well mannered.

I love the hair and never have a problem when buying my products. Probably the best hair store that I like buying from.

They just lost my business not upholding the law and new listings of covid restrictions. Saying that I have to wear a mask because not everyone is vaccinated. Its not my job to protect everyone else according to this new law so I wont be back.

So the Asian guy walks from the back of the store and was going to walk to the front until he saw me. He never greeted me but proceeds to follow me around the store in the most obnoxious way. I made eye contact with him and he smiles and turns around. Again he lingers around where I am but never asked me if I need anything. I ask him is he following me and he smiles and says no it’s his area but when I walk up front he goes to the opposite side of the store. I’m not from the area but it’s clear riding through here that this is a predominantly Black area. If you don’t trust the people who are going to patron your store don’t put your store in those areas. Ridiculous! I wish I could give zero stars.
