Though they sell better quality jewelry at a more affordable price, giving this place my business is no longer an option. Imagine lacking customer service skills to the point of not knowing how to sell your products and services without putting down a competitor. LOL. Do not recommend. Aside from attempting to shop at the kiosk, I’ve even walked by countless times listening to, who I’m assuming is the manager, bashing other companies. Do yourself a favor and shop online or elsewhere. No need to visit this location. Literally ever.

There’s nothing more off-putting than going somewhere for a product and the manager starts trash talking another store in the mall, who just happens to be their competition. I have went there looking for earring for my daughter because I know they have really jewelry there. However, it is not only disrespectful in my opinion but it seems to me that is the way they make the company look. Not just that but I have been there several times to look just for the same conversation to be brought up out of no where.

I gave this place five stars because Joanna Crystal and Octavia has been the most wonderful people I know every time I have a question or interest they go above and beyond to give me the knowledge of that item I want I love what they have and I have bought several items. this location I highly recommend for everyone in your family to enjoy a piece of nice jewelry. Johanna is one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet again I highly recommend this location again

The management and entire team care about you and will go the extra mile to help you leave with a great experience. If a child is getting their ears pierced, the associate will work hard to make your child feel comfortable- as well as providing a safe, sterile environment. You will not leave disappointed!

If you want to be a responsible parent, please do not take your children to get ear piercings at a places like this.Piercing guns are dangerous for a few reasons.One they cannot be properly sterilized and transfer body fluids from person to person which could lead infections, loss of piercings and even disease.It causes a blunt force trauma that will cause the piercing to take much longer to heal than if it were pierced correctly with a single use sharp and quality body jewelry.Please seek out a professional body piercer and dont subject your children to these dangers.

This place is great!....... Just do not breathe on the jewelry too hard or it might break! Some people who work here are nice, but some people here might talk smack behind your back and lie to you. Its your choice whether to waste your time and money here. I would run away as fast as possible and never look back. :)

NEVER get any part of your body pierced with a piercing gun. 1. Piercing guns cannot be sterilized...GROSS. Wiping the gun down with alcohol, bleach, or any other seems like a good idea solution does not count as sterilization. 2. A piercing gun is forcing a blunt object through your skin. I cannot stress enough how harmful this can be to you. That kind of trauma leads to shattered cartilage, ruptured blood vessels, and extreme tissue irritation. 3. The jewelry used in those guns are absolute garbage. The price of the piercing reflects how garbage that material is. You can either pay $20-25 to more than likely find out you have a nickel allergy on top of the fact that your piercing was done with a cesspool instrument, or you can pay a professional for a piercing done with the proper instruments with implant grade metal in a sterile environment. If saving $10-30 is worth risking your health then....I really dont know what to say. As piercers, we take bloodborne pathogens/cross contamination, CPR, and first aide training on top of a lengthy apprenticeship where we study metal grades, proper piercing techniques, anatomy, and a million other things. We as an industry take pride in your health, our cleanliness, our professionalism, and your modification. If you are about to get pierced with a gun, please do yourself a favor and set a land speed record sprinting to a professional studio.Stay away from this place! Your body will thank you later!

HORRIBLE customer service. Argued with my 68 year old mother saying she took the money from my dad when I am the one that picked them out for my mother and paid for them. Told her they couldnt refund her money they had to mail her check, a day after Christmas and no money.... COME ON... but if You do business like that than its understandable. Sydnee the GM needs to learn how to treat and handle situations like that, not tell the customer she has issues.... real professional. I actually give them 0 stars
