Great food. A little pricier than what i usually go for, but worth the money. As long as you have the quality to back it up your good. These folks definitely back it up.

They have alot in here but not like the one in lakewood mall in California. The workers are always helpful and let us know about new items.

As Domestic abuse survivor that suffers from ptsd and anxiety I was extremely embarrassed to be asked to leave the store because I could not wear a mask. People like this are the exact reason people with mental illnesses feel so anxious and stressed trying to do normal things. Not only is it illegal to demand I leave it was absolutely unnecessary for the employee to yell ar me across the store full of customers. WILL NEVER BE SPENDING ANITHER DIME HERE. And to the girl working you should really be kinder and more professional.

Bought my bf a moonlight that is supposed to have a touch feature to change the color of the light. Get it home and its basically a dollar tree lantern style of tech, put batteries in (no battery cover) and click the switch on. No changing light, no touch features. Basically a cheap, bootleg moonlight. It felt like opening something from wish. A few items caught my eye throughout the store but were either hideously overpriced (plushies) or damaged (looking at you cracked gudetama soup bowl). I ended up getting ripped off on a moonlight but I found some numnoms for pretty cheap and theyre cute and not bootleg, so points for having some legit collectables. They also sell CDs.

Love this place for someone who still likes cds and movies and hasnt gone full digital they have so much fun cool stuff I wish there were more stores.

Great place. It used to be Suncoast back in the 90s when malls were cool. I used to work at Suncoast. Anywho. I hope this place stays open and if the mall shuts down I hope it finds another location in town. They have a lot of cool stuff. Way better than Hot Topic.

Friendly and helpful service but the air conditioning was not working.

I will forever remember my first time in the store.

I was not greeted at all when i walked in. the workers were having a conversation about something that happened earlier in the store. i was looking at the CDs for about 5 minutes before i had to go and interrupt their conversation for some help. i finally found what i needed and had to wait in line at checkout due to the workers, back turned, talking again about what happened in the store earlier. good help is hard to find. love the store, but they need more caring workers.

Love this store. My favorite thing to look at is the Harry Potter stuff and all the Marvel and DC Superhero stuff. And the day I went to this Fye store location with one of my friends I got this Harry Potter shirt from their clearance sale for $5.00. So happy that I was in there to see that they were having this sale. Love this FYE store location.

First place I go when I come to the mall. Same people who know my face and at times are super friendly. I got yet to renew my FYE rewards card though. Might do it today. Just thinking out loud.

I dont like shopping here and only stop in because my husband and son want to go. If you buy something for even 10 cents be prepared to be asked for your email, rewards card, if you want to buy a magazine subscription and about 5 more questions. Its a true test of patience and sanity to shop here.

One of the last remaining physical music stores in my area!From the staff at FYE, I learned about 2nd and Charles. I was able to get some quick cash for my CD collection. I tend to live perusing the inventory to find used albums.The staff are witty and approachable.

Got duped into some membership with a bit of verbal trickery but a young employee there. So I was in there trying to buy the old school 90s Power Rangers movie (with Ivan Ooze) for my nieces Power Rangers birthday party. At the checkout, I was asked if I wanted to join the FYE membership club. Right after asking she went into her spiel about how its just a way to get 10% off my current purchase and also get cool coupons and free movie tickets, a $20 gift card, etc. She kept saying just. In my vocabulary when something is just something, it isnt anything else. (Example: This animal is just a dog would mean that it is nothing other than a dog right?)So...since the membership was (according to her) just a way to get coupons and that 10% off of the Power Rangers movie basically, I agreed.Then while paying on the card machine she told me word for word. JUST click YES to agree that I told you about the membership. So I did. She did tell me about it...partially. What she COMPLETELY failed to mention was that I would be signing up for something that is free for the 1st month and $12 a month after that. She also failed to mention that by accepting the 10% for the current purchase I was be agreeing to FYE taking my credit card information during checkout. I only noticed that it cost anything because I read the fine print of the membership card once I was in my vehicle.What I cant stand about stores like this (Gamestop included) is that management pressures their employees to sale these stupid memberships so that they can move up in the work place. This girl at FYE wanted the membership sale at any cost. That cost was completely glossing over everything that made the membership seem like it would cost anything.Now I have to wait 3 days for the membership to activate so that I can call and cancel during the free month. Probably never going to FYE again.

Love the Selection! Manager is Awesome! Even when we just go to browse, they arent pushy at all. There is a cool lady that knows her nerdisms well.

Prices are a bit out there, but if youre in the older crowd and you like a bit of nostalgia then this is a great place in the area for you.

To be honest, FYE is one of the few stores that actually gets the type of 90s nostalgic merch that millennials and gen-z grew up with and want. On top of that, the staff are always really nice and sociable. One of my favorite stores.

I like going here because I can find alot of movies and music both old and new. Theres such a variety of genres amongst the store from anime to electronics and plushies (so many things to check out). The customer service is great and if theres anything that you cant find or thats not there theyre more than willing to help you out in locating it.

They have a wide selection of products from like novelty snacks and even loot boxes. Current on the Kpop selection and even carry some kbeauty items. Shirts and tech accessories for a great price, really a great place to get gifts. Reptar bars, Japanese snacks, pickle Ricks. Id make sure to visit if you are into anything 90s or pop culture. You can also make your own CD if this place wasnt nostalgic enough. For the people the still love hard copies of movies and music neither are in short supply.

Typically if I have a bad experience at a store, I let it go. However, incase anyone else might have had this happen, Im writing this review so they can check their bank accounts.I went into FYE around Christmas, Im thinking 12/23. Upon checkout, the cashier asked me if I wanted a free magazine. I assumed she meant that she would give me a physical copy so I say sure. She started doing something on the register and asked for my email address. I told her I didnt have one because at this point, I figured she was trying to sign me up for that magazine, which I didnt even want (I only said yes because the way she worded her question, made it sound like she was just going to hand one to me.) Then she says that it will be sent in the mail and asks for my address. She said they wont charge you. Ok, I can see that, as I didnt give her any card information, nor did she ask for my card. If she did, I would have said no and to cancel everything she was trying to do. I figured I would get a notice in the mail asking me to sign up for a monthly service. Again, the cashier said that I WOULD NOT have to pay anything. I just checked my account and I have a miserable charge from the magazine company! So apparently when I swiped my card to pay for the items I purchased at FYE, the girl was able to use that info when she signed me up for this stupid magazine. She DID NOT tell me she was doing this. She DID NOT tell me they would be charging my card. She DID NOT disclose that by having them send me this stupid magazine, that she was also signing me up for their monthly subscription that will charge my card. Since everything was being done upon checkout, I wasnt aware of any term and agreements, as I thought I was signing for my card and the purchase I was making but I suppose she actually had me sign for the magazine subscription??Luckily the magazine company isnt as shady and has good customer service (unlike what I experienced at FYE that day, the cashier did not seem that she wanted to be there nor was she friendly, typically I dont care and I brushed it off but since I had to deal with this headache, Im mentioning it here.) I spoke with a rep and she canceled my subscription as well as refunded me my money. So I shouldnt have any further issues but she gave me a case number, as well as a phone number to her direct line incase I have any further charges.If anyone else notices strange charges on their card from FYE, with a magazine name, this is why. Call the number thats on your bank statement and they will cancel everything for you. In the future, I hope that FYE trains their employees to fully disclose exactly WHAT that free magazine truly is, and that by making a purchase in their store, they save your card info for the magazine. Im angry at myself for not stopping the girl from the beginning, when she was hounding me for an email address and questioning why I dont have one. Only reason why I didnt stop her, is because I didnt give her any card info so I figured nothing would happen. Well, lesson learned.

It was pretty obvious that the cashiers were just beyond unhappy to even be working. I had a question for the cashier regarding my card not processing because he hadnt accepted the form of payment on his computer screen. He very rudely says its going to go through, you just have to give it a second because they are soooo slow! Then continues by pressing on the button to accept the payment after that because he obviously didnt the first time. The second cashier comes to him and starts complaining about how one of their promotional offers is so Stu*** etc etc. Absolutely not a work appropriate conversation, especially not around your customers. On the other hand, an older gentleman who is usually out on the floor most of the time we go is always very polite and always asks if we need any help finding something. The cashiers wont discourage us from coming back since they have all of the items my husband and I looooove, but they seriously need to fix their attitude. They are working, not hanging out at a friends place. We visited on 12-14-2018 anywhere between 12:30 and 2pm.

This is the best store for all things electronics/cds/dvds! They even have anime merch which is rare and they also have other stuff like posters and wallets of different movies and franchises. Hell, they even have adult color books and coloring pencils which I personally love. They have great prices here too and they even sell used dvds and cds for cheaper. This is easily my second favorite store in the entire mall.

Cant GO into the Acadiana Mall without my mom wanting to stop in and make or buy a CD

Great service/staff and merchandise. (I usually plan to stop by whenever Im in the area) One employee helped me with a sale that was for the Pop Funko figures, while the other helped me with a purchase. Definitely recommend this store if youre looking for TV/movie, anime/manga, and other merchandise.

Not a great selection of dvds for anime fans. most of the titles are out of date and new videos hardly come up.the anime collection section of the store is also out of touch with current anime trends. they still got bleach and pokemon.for regular dvds i use to preorder from them before i notice my dvds come in late or not at all.i stay away from this store.
