Will not respond to any form of communication about a four month old order for parts required to fix a broken Blichmann system.

I made a purchase through their website. A couple days after my purchase, I contacted them asking approximately when it would ship. They said “there’s no backorders so it will ship within 7-9 days”.17 days later, it still hadn’t “processed”. Not shipped, not processed before shipping. I finally had to cancel my order and purchase another product.

Great company and great products

Less than impressed. Looks like it has been sitting in a warehouse open to the elements for months. Seal is distroyed, parts box which is inside the tank tore to peices. Back to Brewtech!

Replaced a conical I had purchased that had rust show up after only one use. This is even after I had owned the conical for three months.Thanks for standing by your product! Ill make sure my homebrewery is outfitted with nothing but Blichmann.

In my opinion this is hands down the most innovative and reliable home brewing outfitter on the market. In a world of how can we make things cheaper, they have balance price to quality ratio well.

Save your money and buy from a reputable company. I have several of their home brew products, 2 different beer gun models (because I had issues with both) and the QuickCarb. Everything they sell falls apart after a few uses without exception. Both beer guns failed but the real kick in the sack was the $179.99 QuickCarb unit. I was given this as a christmas present in 2017 and during the second use the pump died. Just died in the middle of use. I contacted Blichmann and they will not cover in under warranty. I had this product less than 2 months... December till February... and they will not service or replace the pump. I have had the beer gun fall apart, but I could at least get spare parts to fix their cheap Chinese junk, but I cant replace a pump. And not that Blichmanns Customer Service has decided they wont cover a warranty issue, Im done with them forever. I will STRONGLY encourage anyone looking at their products to consider buying from ANYONE else who will cover defaulty products, because Blichmann will not.
