The search for my sons first car took us on a 7 hour ride. After looking at unsatisfactory cars, my son found Lafayette Buick GMC on the internet. He talked to Jay Mason who had several cars in our price range. He had the best car waiting for us and let us take our time inspecting it. Jay also took us to a low traffic area where my son (driving on a permit) could comfortably drive the car. The Dodge Charger handled well, felt good and the engine sounded great. Jay Mason also kept the vehicle at Lafayette Buick GMC until I was able to pick it up. Jay also gave us a ride from the bus station when I came to pick up the car. The paperwork took some time but Marisa handled it efficiently. Marisa was helpful and friendly. She even gave us info in local restaurants. All in all it was a great buying experience. I would definitely do it again. We had a wonderful 7 hour trip home in my sons first car thanks to Jay Mason and Lafayette Buick GMC.
Went there to have regular service done on my car. Tyler at the front desk was super helpful and friendly! They did an oil change that I paid for and did a few other services ( just little things that needed done) free of charge that were helpful to me. Definitely better than Rohrmans and just a tad cheaper too.

Tony Rudd and the rest of the service department are extremely helpful. Ive owned GMC trucks for the last 7 years across living in 2 different states and while I dont necessarily appreciate the number of warranty related service visits Ive had to bring them in for (I do my own general maintenance), Tony and the team have by far been the best Service Department experience Ive had at any dealer. This even includes the truck I moved to the area with which I did not purchase from this dealership. Communication is always timely and details are always given with background to answer any questions Ive had so far.

I stopped in to check out a 2019 Tiguan SEL Premium R Line 4Motion that I saw online. I honestly wasnt really thinking that I was going to buy anything that day. My main goal was to see if I really was going to like a Tiguan or not. Heath Morgan came out to greet me as I was looking over the vehicle and began chatting with me. I already knew what I was looking for as I do a lot of research beforehand but Heath was able to answer all my questions that I had.Overall, Heath and Lafayette Buick GMC made my purchase very enjoyable and easy. Leased a 2021 Acadia from this dealership at the end of July 2021 had an engine noise that got noticeably louder. Took car back in and had to have major engine repairs to fix. Now I’m without a car and no timetable on when they will get the parts.. they offered to buy it back as long as I purchased something else from them.. When they showed me the numbers it 5k less than what the car is worth. Let me clear something up to our car still has the protective plastic over all the touch screens and door jams. I’m not trying to get everything the car is worth but at the same time you would think they would give some when we leased the car we put a very generous down payment down. Be very careful dealing with this dealership they don’t care about the customer just there self!!!

Salesman Jay, was absolutely terrible. Jay made no attempt into making a vehicle correct, before it was bought. Jay was caught in multiple lies.The sales manager & service manager made it correct.I will not buy another vehicle from this establishment because of Jay.I do appreciate the sales manager and service manager trying to make it right. There was just too much salt in the wound from Jay to receive a better review.

Had a key made for my daughters car since she has lost hers. 🤦♀️ While the key they made didnt work, I was able to have a local locksmith make one and it worked great. They wouldnt give me my money back for the wrong key, but they did make a copy of the correct key so I would have a back up.Would have been great if the correct key had been made the first time round, but over all the customer service was good....at least in the parts department.
Do not ever try to sell your car to them. They are offering a car price estimation tool on their website, but when you come to them, they will drop your car price to ground. They are the WORST dealership that I have ever dealt with!!!
This is a warning to all GM current and retired employees. This dealer must think its a good idea NOT to honor your earned GM Family Pricing . I drove 2.5 hours to look at a vehicle on their lot after talking to the salesman the day before. I get there the next day and then was told they can choose if they want to use the employee discount. Also, the customer may not be able to receive all the current offers, which is offered to everyone. When I first arrived at the parking lot I was surprised at the amount of inventory at this location, since my local dealers around me seem to only have very limited inventory. It does NOT cost the dealer anything to use the GM family discounts, that gets reimbursed from GM. Well, I hope they get stuck with all those cars and trucks. I will go back to my local smaller dealership and wait my turn until my vehicle comes in.
If you need an oil change dont go here. They tried charging me $122.00 for an oil change on my Ford F-150. We negotiate a lower price but it was still $30 more than the Ford dealership in Lafayette and they are owned by the same company. I will never go back. I have heard more about this place since then

Who in their right mind thinks its ok to tell someone to check the oil on the dipstick and if there is some left drive it in. I live almost an hour away, would have to bring my child as well, and you failed to make sure my car was correctly done! Now I have to find the issue, fix the issue, and you offer NO reimbursement due to your screwups. So much for Certified Preowned.
If it was possible to leave a -5 star review I would. They screwed up paying off the vehicle I traded in and any after sale customer service is non existent. Multiple calls to each of their dealerships and was given nothing but the run around over their screw up.
My GMC Terrain 2015 had experienced a dead battery and jump started.I took it to your dealership and was met by your associate Tyler who immediately scheduled the car for inspection and within the hour took care of my problem.Tyler was courteous and very professional.Wonderful experience!!!
Needed tire rotation on our car. They were done in a reasonable time and very courteous.
Tried to sell me a broken truck and make me pay to fix it... im dumb, but im not stupid. Only tried to make it right. When I called them out on it.The drivers side caliper was falling off the 2013 Toyota Tundra. They made no attempt to fix the truck before I bought it, until I made it known how I felt.I did not buy the truck from Casey today.
Called on a Friday and let them know I needed a tire replaced that we had a warranty for. Made an appointment for Monday and was told to bring in the warranty paperwork and they would take care of it. Showed up on Monday to be told I wasn’t on the schedule and was asked who I spoke with. Unfortunately I didn’t have the name of the person who made the appointment. The service advisor seemed put out that he had to help me and I felt like it was being insinuated that I hadn’t made an appointment. I was told the tire wasn’t in stock and would need to be ordered and could be there the next day. I’m not sure why this information couldn’t have been figured out when I called to make the appointment and resulted in a wasted trip with no apology for the mistake. I’m sure they are busy just like the rest of us but a simple apology can go a long way. All of that to say if you make a service appointment you better document who you talk to and make sure they have all of the information they need. Or just call another service department.
Courteous and professional as usual. Parts ordered in timely manner and when parts came in, I was called and car was serviced promptly and efficiently. After driving the car a couple times, it was obvious that the electrical problem was not fixed so I took it back to the dealership and they handled it very professionally. They offered me a loaner car until it was repaired.
Very poor communication with the service department. Our car has been in the shop since December. We get very little updates on the car and its so hard to track down a person to know what is going on with our car. We leave multiple voice-mails and never get call backs. I finally had to go in physically in person to get an update. Absolutely no logic behind their level of customer service. No transparency at all either. Communication is key when it comes to service and you get zero of that here. Very disappointed.

My sales person was excellent but overworked with no support. Management chose to sit in an office and enjoy a gabfest while a single sales person was working multiple customers. Disgusting. My sales experience should have been better but I blame management. Those two individuals are not leaders who care for their people. They care only for themselves.

Prices are definitely over charged especially since the mechanics and manager are far from professional. Took in something for a oil leak and they replaced the oil pan gasket with a aftermarket one it kept leaking so they ordered the “right” one and put it on still leaking so 3rd time back they finally tell me it’s the rear main seal... ok how about getting the diagnostic right the first time instead of waisting 500 dollars and 2 weeks of my time... no refund for the mistake they made the first two times and the manager was arguing with me about how it wasn’t their fault.. completely unprofessional and I left with the same problem I started out with just 500 dollars less thanks

Very quick checkin and my oil change was finished within 25 minutes. The technician checked the fluid levels and even put air in the tires.
I had a rattle at slow speeds, they have ordered a new supercharger and will install when it arrives. They say it will be covered under warranty. I waited in their lounge, very nice, quiet, got some work done while I waited. Had a free donut! That was nice. Thanks guys.

Everything went well until I tried to use my accumulated points. I was told that I had to print those out and bring them in. The man who took my money would not help nor look my record up. Looking over the rules it said that the dealer would help me redeem my pts. Otherwise all ratings would be tops.

Well to start of with they told us a different price in person then they did when I brought it in and when I thought I was having what I wanted done I didnt get it they did something else and charged me the same price and when I tryed to call the place to talk to a manager they didnt answer and I lefted my number and name they still havent called back and I was going to them for everything on my cars but now they did it I probably will not be back or my family I will find me someone else who will do the job I need done and they will get my money Im not happy at all
This facility is continuously making improvements, and always striving to live up to the reputation and quality that you would expect from a facility such as GMC.I recently took my H2 Hummer in here again (no fault of theirs, I think my Hummer just enjoys being there), and I was assigned to a new account Rep for my ongoing repairs.The Rep I was assigned to actually took the time to listen AND take notes of the symptoms I was experiencing with my vehicle. I never once felt rushed, or as though I wasnt being listened to when explaining the problems I was bringing my truck in for.Within just a few hours I had a full diagnosis of my vehicle problems, complete with a video that was emailed to me, explaining in detail the problems with my truck as the technician walked around my vehicle showing me through the video what each problem was and what needed to be done to fix it.My truck was repaired one day earlier than they had estimated, and over $150 less expensive than they had estimated.... not too often a mechanic hands you a final bill which is significantly LOWER than the original price you were promised! But, it got even better because the didnt pull any strings or punches with the final bill... Meaning, that they never tried to up-sell additional services to get more money out of me, which is also a rarity in the auto industry.All in all, I was very please with my experience here, and in short, I could not make a legitimate complaint about my experience with this visit even if I looked for something to complain about.I highly recommend this facility.With the new Service manager, and staff in place, I would HIGHLY recommend this facility for your vehicle service/repairs.
My 2012 dodge ram 1500 developed mechanical problems while on the road to joliet, IL. I came here and they were able to look at my truck, diagnose the problem and fix it on the same day. The staff is very professional, courteous and helpful. The only dealer in the area that was capable of taking care of my emergency mechanical repairs. Because of them my moving trip will not be a total loss. I would recommend this dealer service department to anyone. 2 👍👍up. Awesome service shop all around.

Good dealership and good service or maintenance. Labor costs may be higher than a third party garage, but at least I know its done to spec. Ive been told a few things in sales, that werent true, I dont think they intentionally lied to me, I think they just deal with so many different promotions, that they may get confused with answering everything correctly. Still, I trust them and will return many more times probably.
