The process of purchasing was much easier and very professional. From the greeting of the manager to the final process of purchasing, it was smooth with top professionalism. I have to say when buying a vehicle its hard to trust folks. Having said that Im very impressed with this dealership!! They made everything easy and I know everyone says of course they want your $$ but my boy SMITTY is a man of his word. I had a few problems with my truck I bought and he stepped up on it and 100% took care of EVERYTHING. To the mechanics that worked on my truck Im greatful and appreciate the job they done you can tell that there are at least some people that still take pride in their work. I have brought my MKC in with backup camera problems and they couldnt find the problem. I even showed them a picture I had taken but to no avail. Now, today, I got a message on the screen stating THE CAMERA IN UNAVAILABLE PLEASE CONTACT YOUR DEALERSHIP. I called and after being placed on hold for nearly 5 minutes, finally spoke to Service and was told to bring it in the next day, but not after 1 pm. Trust me when I say that this is my FIRST & LAST LINCOLN THAT I WILL OWN. In the last 6 years, I have had numerous problems with the vehicle.

They got me in & out quick. That’s what I asked for. As I expected no one wore masks, not staff, not customers. I came well-prepared, even with my own chair. I declined the free car wash and the $20 tire rotation. which it turned out wasn’t needed. I appreciate the diagnostics in writing, for later reference. It’s an expensive oil change but I need the peace of mind for my long drives.

Quick, easy, no nonsense. Was able to search for what I was looking for on their website. They brought the one I was interested in to the lot. This was my 3rd purchase in 2 years. All have been consistently good.
Absolutely terrible customer service and even worse communication. After researching the value of my car for trade or sale, a saleswomen reached out to me from Courtsey Lincoln... sent in some pictures of the car and other documentation and received, what I thought was a fair offer from her manager without inspecting the vehicle. Shopped some other dealerships and their offer was the best value. I spoke with this saleswomen throughout the whole process. Upon my arrival from Baton Rouge, she looks at my car, then, passes me off to her manager (very full of himself and rude) and a less experienced saleswomen, then, LEAVES... She knew the whole time I wasnt in position for a trade in and wanted them to sell the vehicle.. even had a vehicle I had mentioned brought in to cover up her mistake and attempted to get me to test drive it in 5:00 traffic..They ended up taking my car to auction to sell that week. Two weeks went by and I never heard from them. Gave them a call and it took another week for someone who I had never spoken with to get me the info I needed... once again I was passed off to someone else.. Another month went by... no contact was attempted from the saleswomen, manager or dealership to inform me about my tags, bill of sale, and check. After having to pay insurance on a car I didnt own, I called again.. turns out they had, had everything done and my check in hand for two weeks... waiting on me to come pick it up I was told. Could have scrapped the damn thing for more.Sleazy salesman and managers, horrific communication and service. Wouldnt recommend to anyone. Nicest person I spoke to was Angie, who works in a completely different office and handled everything very promptly. Angie, keep doing your thing.

My Dad bought a Jeep last week, I actually run a Kia dealership in North Carolina so I tried to make his experience PAIN FREE!!! I got on the phone with the finance manager (very nice guy) and we both walked my Dad through the warranties and I even made him buy one! Overall I would have to say it was a good BUYING experience, but wait! So he never took delivery of the Jeep because they had just got it in and it had a check engine like on and a few other things that needed to be rectified. It was communicated to me that it would be ready on Monday, again my Dad signed the paper work on Thursday. Monday comes NO call NO communication, then Tuesday, Wednesday....then yesterday I get here to check on the vehicle myself around 130 the first person I run into is the sales person who sold him the Jeep....she is sitting on the bench in the front and she says “can I help you”. I said yes ma’am my Dad bought a Jeep here last week and no one has called him to give him any update I would just like to know what is going on. She continues to stay seated and says “you can go over there and check on it as she points her finger at the service department” I said you want me to go check on it? She says yeah they handle it over there in service...remind you this is the actually sales person that my dad bought the Jeep from!!! So I immediately walk in look to my right, see a couple of gentlemen I ask are either one of you managers...the guy behind the desk says yes sir I am...I began to tell him what’s going on and we haven’t hear from anyone in almost a week! He says O ok you can go to service and check on it yourself. 😳 I mean am I in the Twilight zone???? I said well sir is it a separate entity???? Needless to say after talking to him for about a few minutes and explaining to him our frustration...he says “I am sorry and I will take care of it 100 percent and I’ll call you TODAY and let you know what going on! I said thank you so much I appreciate you and I am not trying to give you a hard time or anything we just want some kind of communication!............. he never called me Yesterday or my Dad!!!!!! To make matters worse I actually called back to the store! I asked to speak to someone other than the manager I had spoken to earlier. The receptionist told me she would “hand deliver” a message to the lady Manager and she would call me back! Never a call...I don’t know what’s going on......maybe I’ll get a response now....I am not one of those jerks guys who’s in the business so I want it to be perfect or anything...I just want some kind of communication! These people are Prime example of being reactive and not proactive!!!!!!
Just purchased a 2019 Lincoln and had a great experience doing so. I recently shopped in the Conroe, Texas area; however, did not receive the attention needed to make a purchase. Now on to our salesperson Desiree. Desiree greeted my wife and I at the door and proceeded to help without being pushy. Desiree really helped seal the deal. Her professionalism and complete knowledge of the vehicle helped me decide to purchase from Courtesy Lincoln. Going in to really just look, I left at the end of the day with a deal that was close enough to the much larger dealers in the Houston area to drive away with a new vehicle. I really appreciated Desiree spending up to an hour with us going over the many features and setting up our Lincoln app to get the most out of our purchase. Even the courteous lady cleaning up the facility offered us a snack and water. The finance department was very friendly and kept things lite to make the process very smooth and painless. Bottom line; Im really happy my wife and I drove into the dealership on Friday, August 30, 2019, and met up with Desiree.

I had a log drive coming up and I needed reassurance that all was well with the car. Courtesy Lincoln suggested an oil change, tire rotation and general inspection. I feel much better about the long drive that I will have.They also threw in a free car wash. I was very satisfied with the service.
A few weeks ago i purchased a used Lincoln from Courtesy.When I purchased the car, I was only given one key. The salesman stated that on Monday (I purchased car on a Saturday) he would check with the service Department and see if they have the other key but if not, getting one shouldnt be an issue. We actually discussed this on two separate occasions. I had also mentioned this on the form when I dropped my car off. When I picked my car up the repair tech said he would get with Johnny because he didnt know anything about this.I get a call from the service dept stating that Johnny told them he never said that he would be getting another key. He asked if I would like to speak with the salesman and I said yes. So, I get Johnny on the phone and rehash the conversation I had with him when I purchased the car. AMAZINGLY, HE FORGOT ALL ABOUT OUR CONVERSATION. I have a very good memory and can tell you in detail about the conversation. He then goes on to tell me that he would check (again) with the service dept to see if they have the key. Its been three days and guess what? No phone call, no key...Think I got the brush off. Im far from being done with this! I paid cash for that car. I could have went somewhere else, but i went to Courtesy...Never again!
I researched many different vehicles before deciding to purchase my Nautilus. Every time I would test drive another car I couldn’t help but think “This isn’t the Lincoln.” Stacey was incredibly helpful! She answered all my questions and kept in touch but wasn’t pushy at all. In fact the whole staff went out of their way to help me choose the right car. I couldn’t have asked for a more enjoyable car buying experience. I plan on keeping my Nautilus for a long time!

I purchased my vehicle back in April and my salesperson Mercedes was amazing! The sales manager (JR) was also extremely helpful. I got a great deal on my truck and I LOVE IT! I had one small (nothing major ) problem on it and they took care it! Shout out to to the service department as well! Gosh I wish I could remember her name. I believe it was Becky or something with a B. Anyway, they were a big help and gracious folks! It’s hard to find people who take care of people especially in sales whom give that ol town county feeling of quality and care. Also shout out to the guy In finance. He knows who he is! Lol. Anyway I couldn’t recommend this dealership enough! I used to do auto sales back in the day and I know care and commitment when I see and these folks do it! At least give them a look while shopping around. Only drawback is that they need to have a bigger lounge if you bring the whole family to purchase a vehicle. Other than that, great experience! So Ive never actually been to this dealership. As a matter a fact, I moved away from Lafayette almost 4 months ago. Ive never visited your lot, much less even considered buying anything. I say all of this because I received an email stating we value your business and asking for a review on Google. So here it is. Some how you got a hold of my email address. I never gave it to you. And then your company reached out to me like weve had interaction before. Stop the mass data collection, and focus on people who actually want to buy something from you. I will say this though. I know someone who bought a used truck from you, and you certainly didnt make it easy on them when it came to getting the repairs taken care of that were in need at the point of purchase. So, if for some reason I was to drive back to Lafayette JUST to buy a car, I promise you that I wouldnt even think about visiting your car lot. I hope this review is what you were looking for.

Ok, you want a review well here it is. I didnt go to your dealership for service by choice I was sent there by the GMC dealership because they could not fix the problem with the Ford. After 3 trips to GMC and one trip to Lincoln the problem was not completely fixed. But I have to say It was not your fault (Courtesy Lincoln), you did the work that was ordered to be done. So another trip (this makes 5 trips total) back to the GMC dealership and finally the problem was resolved. So you wanted a review there you go.
My purchase experience was excellent. But service has not been as good. I brought my new car in for an oil leak and was told the oil pan had to be ordered and would be received in a few days. I got a message the part was in but was not told I needed an appointment to bring it in. When I got there I found out the technician who could do the work was not available until the following week and I was given an appointment to come back. Better communication from the service staff would have kept me from making 3 visits to solve the problem.

Where do I start with this dealership! First of all they should be CLOSED for not standing up to their name because Courtesy is far from who they are!I was in town with my friend for the 4th of July holiday and found a vehicle, test drove it Mon and told the Sales Manager, Josh Deville to work up the paperwork, and me an my husband would return the same weekend Sat to pick up the car and sign paperwork. He requested information from me that was in his inbox the next day BEFORE 8am. He never called me, emailed me to start the credit application. Long story short, he passed me off to someone else without a phone conversation the day before I was to head to Louisiana from Alabama. This guy contacted me via email, couldnt even get my name right in the email only to see if I was still interested and to give me a sorry trade in amount. I followed up with an email voicing my concerns. NO ONE from COURTESY AMBASSADOR has reached out to me, apologized, followed up, or attempted to rectify the situation!!! You would think someone willing to drive 8hrs and pass MANY dealerships in Birmingham would be PRIORITY in making a sell. I guess NOT SO COURTESY dealerships have enough money and dont need any sales!I shouldnt be SURPRISED because when I arrived no one came to greet me or my friend. Then a woman drove up while I was taking to Josh and NOT ONE salesman came out to assist her. They were all looking out the window. I guess NOT SO COURTESY thinks they were doing ME the CONSUMER me a favor! I do NOT NEED a vehicle, I WANTED ONE.. NOT SO COURTESY would have to GIVE me a vehicle after this HORRIBLE experience. Every social media platform I can post a review, I will!

Extremely disappointed with this dealership! My son and daughter in law went in on Saturday and found the vehicle they wanted to purchase. It was test driven and determined they wanted it. The financing at the dealership was not very favorable, so they decided to finance through their credit union instead. All paperwork was done first thing on Monday morning and the CU was just waiting on Courtesy to provide the proper bill of sale. At 11:30 a.m., the CU was notified that the vehicle was SOLD to someone else (apparently, they financed through the dealership). I have bought ALOT of cars in my time, and NEVER has this ever been an issue. They are now trying to get her to buy a different vehicle, of course, for more $$, but I am certainly hoping they WALK AWAY from this dealership and NEVER purchase anything with them. I can assure you, I WONT! Shame on you Courtesy...

Excellent service and very fair price for used 2017 Ford Expedition. We just returned home from an extended trip through the Carolinas (over 4,000 miles) and were very pleased with the Expedition’s performance towing an Airstream trailer.
I bought a truck from there two weeks ago. I was advised by the salesman that the truck was checked out and in perfect condition. The next day I noticed that my steering wheel wobbled every time I pressed the brakes. I made an appointment and brought the truck in to be fixed. I dropped the truck of Wednesday morning at 7:45 a.m. I received a call from Jackie advising that they were not able to get to my truck and to pick it up and bring it back Thursday morning. I was unable to bring it in Thursday and advised them that I would bring it in Friday morning. Dropped it off Friday morning. Received a call at noon from Jackie advising truck was ready to be picked up. I picked up the truck and drove it down the street. No more shaking but still the constant squealing. I brought the truck back and picked up a loaner. I was advised they would get on it right away. Called at 5:00 Friday afternoon and was advised that they drove the truck and did not hear anything, but I could leave the truck over the weekend and they would drive it again Monday morning. It is 11:05 Monday morning and I was just advised that they hadnt driven the truck yet and would call and let me know. I havent had the use of my truck for almost a week.

Since they are nagging me for a review here you go. Overall for the past 2 or so years Ive had a positive experience. I fixed a few things on my Mustang and so far theyve been upfront and honest about the issues and what they were going to repair. There is 100$ diagnostic fee if youre not sure whats wrong which goes towards the final price of repairs. Pretty solid.They also do a rewards program which Ive found to be kinda cool. Everytime you get service you get a few extra bucks added to y our account. I had around 50 bucks at one point to go towards an oil change or anything else.Overall its tough to trust car repair people but they havent steered me wrong yet
