Built to fit my wifes handcap

I made an appointment for measurement of my entire first floor for new flooring. They didnt show. Things happen, I understand. I made a second appointment. Another no show. This was not a small job - easily several thousand dollars. Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

Due to first crew taking shortcuts, the job had to be redone. It took two months to get everything completed. What a nightmare.
