This might sounds weird but i called in a couple days ago to ask if they can help me fix my laminator machine. This lady on the phone (i believe her name is Erika if i don’t heard it wrong) said to stop by and see if she can help me.As soon as i went there, she greeted me and starting to examined my laminator machine to work on it. At first, she wasn’t sure if she could help me with it but, It only took her about like half an hour to get it fixed!I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to gets their electronics to be fix, they’re not only fix apple products but they also fixing some other products.Nice customer services!

Had the small footer disc on the bottom of my MacBook Air repaired today. Brought it into the shop around 9:30 a.m. and had it by lunch! Appreciated the responsiveness by Luke and Courtney. My old MacBook Pro needed a new battery and they had to order it. It was fixed in a timely manner. Both associates that I dealt with were helpful and friendly. I felt like I was charged accordingly, unlike another place in town that I was extremely overcharged a few months ago.

I went there because my iPhone 6s home button wasnt working properly. in stead of fixing, the lady who was in the counter ( i wish i could notice her name, sorry my bad ) showed me one incredible solution according to my problem and the purpose for visiting the shop is completely invalid. she is generous, helpful and didnt mind at all when i left shop without fixing the phone because of the incredible solution she showed to me which solved my purpose. Im really thankful to her for saving my money also feeling bad as well. I wish them for the best. Their customer satisfaction is great as well as their behavior. As always, Apple Pie goes above and beyond to fix a problem. Another local repair company managed to break my phone while performing a screen repair through an insurance claim. Usually, insurance will then make you send in the broken device and replace it with a new device of the same type. Unfortunately I had no recent backups for my phone, so this wasn’t an option. The staff at Apple Pie were not only able to determine exactly how the technician who tried to change the screen damaged the phone, but also repaired it at a significant discount because of the situation. I can’t recommend this shop enough. The employees are professional and very knowledgeable. You won’t find second rate work here.

Telling me that a simple repair of a laptop screen would be over $130 was absolutely ridiculous after I told them that Doghouse had already tried a similar tactic, only for 69.00 more. I want a good job done at a price that isnt as much or more than my older laptop is worth. Not as bad as being told $300 like my friend but definitely not an option. Someone please help!

I got my screen fixed in January and experienced problems with it 8 months later! Went back to see if they could fix it, and they wanted to charge me to replace the screen again. They said it was physical damage as if I dropped it, but that never happened, so it must be a screen, display, or installation issue. I went to another phone repair shop, and they said because Apple Pie Repair gets their screens from a non-Apple provider, issues like these happen often. I would not recommend this shop if you need your screen replaced!

We brought in a LG G3 phone which kept rebooting for assistance. The team at Apple Pie Repair worked diligently to retrieve the contacts and photographs from the phone. With their never give up attitude, they were able to retrieve the contacts for us. Hardware stood in their way to retrieve the photographs, but their experience, outstanding personalities, and willingness to help others is greatly appreciated. We will be back!!!

I also reached out to Apple Pie Repair and found a better option called Sloth Builds Underground after I was also quoted more than $200 for a screen repair and for less I got the same 1 year warranty plus pick up and delivery. I found them locally and you should definitely try them out because most of the shops around town seem to want you to spend enough to buy new equipment.

We have used Apple Pie on several occasions and have always been extremely pleased. They do things that the Apple store or Verizon or other repair stores cannot do or charge much more for. And they are always super nice and very professional. Highly recommended!

Went in for a technical question on an iPhone 8 plus. After talking to many Apple using friends, no one was able to help me. 5 seconds after explaining my dilemma, he click some buttons and repaired my technical issue. Showed me what was wrong and had a good little chat about phones in general.

A great experience, 100%! The staff were super helpful with any questions I had in addition to quickly helping clear up my computer issues. I will be taking any of my mac products for maintenance or repairs to these guys from now on. Also, they offer some other services I didnt know about such as graphic design and photography to help with website design. As a small business owner I will be visiting them again for some help with that as well, considering it is definitely not my area of expertise.

Had an issue with the Touch IC on my 6+, apple said they couldnt fix it and that I would have to buy a new phone for $350. I decided to mail it into Apple Pie Repair in Lafayette and they fixed up my phone good as new for $150. I had the phone back in less than a week (shipping from CT to LA) They even included a tempered glass screen protector for free! 5 stars, absolutely recommend for any iPhone repairs.

I went to Apple Pie Repair with a corrupt hard drive thinking I lost thousands of pictures and files that meant everything to me. Instead, they insisted they could repair it and they were so right! Not only were they able to retrieve all my files but they did it in a VERY timely manner and for a cost that was easy on the bank and a fraction of what another company tried to charge me! Everyone I worked with was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to speak to. I am so glad I brought my hard drive to Apple Pie! Soo i tryed changing my battery myself in a iphone x. Didn’t go well, damaged the screen in the process. Soo I brought it to them with the phone apart and they were able to put me a new screen and battery in my phone within 30 minutes!! My new screen started acting weird a week later like the touch screen was going out. I brought it to them and they changed the screen for me again under their warranty free of charge and was quick about the reapir, i was able to wait on the repair there!. My iPhone x works like new!! These people are fantastic! The disc drive on my MacBook Pro went out one night, and I needed my computer to prepare for a presentation. I went to Apple Pie Repair at 9 am when they opened, explained my situation, and before noon they called me that my computer was fixed and ready to be picked up. Terrific service!

These folks were life savers to a couple of old rambling Texans, when our 10 year old Mac Book refused to turn on. Buyer Beware! I dont understand how they have so many 5 star ratings. They repaired the motherboard on my daughters IPhone on April 12 for $150.00. Every thing was fine for 2 1/2 months, then the screen just went blank. That was on June 20. We didnt get around to bringing the phone for a until July 25 because I honestly didnt think about it possibly being covered, so my daughter was saving up her money until she could afford to get it repaired again. They told my daughter that the mother board was under warranty, but the guy wouldnt be in until next week to fix it. Today is Aug 1 and when she called to check on her phone, they told her is wasnt repairable. Then they went on to tell her that it was 2 weeks out of warranty and the warranty was voided anyway because their seal on the inside was tampered with. I called them myself and they said that someone must have opened the phone and tampered with it. Thats ridiculous, this is an IPhone 6S. You cant open it! Then she said we must have brought it somewhere else. Again, ridiculous. Why would we bring it somewhere else when my daughter was saving up the money to get it repaired again and we brought it back to them. Then she said it was out of warranty by two weeks because it is only under warranty for 3 months. I could show her my phone records that show the phone has not been used since June 20th, but it really doesnt matter because their website said the warranty on boards is 6 months. After getting her to get on their site because she kept telling me it doesnt say that, she finally saw where is it did say that. Then she said that it was only for Mac books. It didnt say that at all. It only said Apple. She said she would talk to her boss, but didnt think there was anything she could do. Do not go to this company! They do not honor their warranty. Oh, and by the way, an hour later when I logged into their site, they changed it to a 3 month warranty.UPDATE TO RESPONSE:The original issue was not a back light repair. My daughter dropped her phone and it stopped working. It just wouldnt come on. We brought the phone to you to see if it could be repaired. There was an issue with the board and you guys said you soldered it to repair it. It worked for 2 1/2 months. Yes, I brought it in a week after the three month period but you website stated the boards were warrantied for 6 months. When I pointed that out to you guys, you changed it. Thats not the point. If the mother board went out and it was not related to your repair, I understand. You could have said that. Instead, you ACCUSED us of tampering with it thus voiding the warranty, and that is an out right lie. The phone was NOT brought anywhere else like you claim after I pointed out that it isnt possible to even open up an IPhone. And I am the owner of the phone. I am the one who paid for the phone and the service as well as paid for the repair; my daughter just uses it. She didnt have the money to bring it elsewhere. Like I said, the issue is not that the phone cannot be repaired. You told me that the repair he did in April was still good and Ill take your word for it, but you could have just been honest. Instead, you accused us of wrong doing and that was simply to get out of refunding her money. Which we would not have expected if the problem wasnt related to the original problem.

Even though I live out-of-state and the shipping prices from UPS and FedEx can be a bit high, the peace of mind I have when I send something to them is invaluable.I even once sent an old MacBook Pro to them that wasnt worth the cost to be resuscitated and they helped me find a buyer for the decrepit shell. I went to Apple Pie Repair to have my shattered iPhone screen repaired. The staff was very friendly. Within 2 hours, my screen was repaired and perfect, and the price sure beat having to pay the deductible to have my phone replaced. I will be going back with any problems I have and will recommend to all of my friends and family.

The reception staff is rude. And if they have a week of computers ahead of you in the queue, they will require that you leave your computer on their shelf for that week. That is, you cannot take the computer home and bring it back when you are at the front of the queue. Rather when you bring it back, you will be placed at the end of the queue again. This is a very bad system. And the only purpose it serves is to make a broken computer more of a problem than it already is. The only purpose I can see for the policy is to cause more pain to people who are already in a tight spot. I will never go to Apple Pie computing again. After they told me I would have to leave my computer with them on their shelf for a week before they could diagnose it, I left and went to Doghouse computer repair and walked out of there an hour later with a computer that works.
