Brought my Pacifica in for a routine oil change. Service Dept. Was my first contact. I was warmly welcomed and greeted by everyone I came in contact with from that point on. Service took as long as I expected it would. Customer lounge was accommodating with every kind of charger for any brand of phone. Coffee was hot and fresh. They even had a rolling table to put my laptop on so I could work comfortably. Service tech came in a few minutes later to ask if anyone wanted the tv station turned and offered up the remote. Who does that? The whole experience was unprecedented for me. This was my second time at Acadian Dodge for service.

I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while now and completely forgot! I went here to get my passenger side auto window replaced. Called a week in advance and they reserved the part for me, it was the last one they had. When I went in for my appointment they were above and beyond exceptional. They fixed my window and even removed excess adhesive off my window that was caused by my window having to be duct taped to keep shut before the repair. They did an amazing job and charged only $200 for something that Firestone quoted me at $530 for. After the repair was completed, I went home and realized during the part replacement, something happened to cause my door to no longer lock. I called them, they immediately made me an appointment to come back. When my second appointment was completed, the lock had been fixed and they DID NOT CHARGE ME for that fix, as it was a minor mistake on their end (just a little piece of the locking mechanism was slightly out of place). Most places would try to swindle you and still charge you for that. Not this one! They are honest, hard working, and charge you fair prices. Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had taking my car to be worked on ANYWHERE. I live in Baton Rouge, this is an hour drive for me, and I will definitely be going back to them anytime I need work done on my car. Phenomenal workers, fantastic customer service.

Went in to Acadiana Dodge to begin the search for a new vehicle. I was greeted by an awesome guy named Eric. Eric began by asking some questions as to what I liked, and features I would want in my new truck. He was very patient, answering both mine and my wifes questions. After coming across a truck that was brand new off the truck, and hadnt been prepped yet, Eric took us over to a very similar truck to test drive, just to see the full features and how the truck rode. I decided on that first 2021 Ram Warlock and off to the finance office we went. After settling my paperwork out, I was thanked by both Eric and the manager. Everyone was very polite and respectful. The dealership was clean and well maintained. I have full confidence in the service that Ill eventually need, and I feel as though I can trust them with taking great care of my truck. Took all day for a front end alignment then needed warranty work done..paint more specifically. I was called right at 530 on a friday afternoon, Told my rental expires at 530pm that day and come get your vehicle followed by a number to return phone call...within 8 minutes they went home for the day. I was stuck with a rental that i was going to have to pay for till monday. then first thing monday morning I go to get my vehicle...the work was not complete!! One side was done the other not and it took till thursday afternoon for them to finish a job that was supposed to take 5 days. (11 days) I will not buy or use service at this dealership ever again.

Eric was my salesman and he made this purchase go so smoothly and quick. I have bought plenty of vehicles in my life and it seemed like every time I left that dealership I felt like I was robbed! But when I left this dealership I actually felt like I got a good deal I wasn’t feeling bad about this purchase! Pray that if you buy a vehicle here, that you never need service. We purchased a 2020 Fiat 500L for my wife. She’s the one who financed it and everything is under her name. The sales person did his best to speak to her as little as possible during the sales process (I guess being a woman, she wasn’t capable of talking to him???) After the purchase she realized he had put one of his own personal stickers on her car.When she purchased it, we knew there were two issues that they said they would fix. We were told they needed to order a part for one and we’d hear from them when it was ready. After a month, I called to check. They told me there was no part ordered. After a couple days of back and forth calls, we find out they were just going to paint the part, not replace it. So it took almost six weeks to fix something that could have taken a few days.When we got there, there was supposed to be a loaner car and we had to wait 45 minutes because the person in charge of it had left for a personal errand, even though we had an appointment and they knew we would be coming in. The actual work that was done seems to be fine.A couple weeks later, the driver’s visor broke and while that has nothing to do with the dealership, their handling of it was horrible. I called and told them the problem (and it is a bad safety issue, it drops down and completely obscured vision) so they set up an appointment to check it out in a week. Not to fix it, just to check it out.Customer service is NOT a priority here. Once they have your money, they are done with you. I most definitely would not purchase another vehicle from Acadiana Dodge.

Driving though Louisiana on a cross country trip, the 4 wheel drive shifter on the wrangler we tow behind our motor home broke. Acadiana Dodge Chrysler Jeep Fiat was able to squeeze us in, diagnose the problem, order the part and replace the shifter in a timely manner. The employees were are helpful and friendly.

Awesome vehicle horrible customer service. Trade in registered in another state which salesman and finance person (no names) mentioned the week before we went in. After titles were transferred we were informed we owed 4,700 in louisiana taxes because it was never registered here. But the dealer is the entity buying trade and registering it in louisiana hmmmmmm!!! Funny how they fail to mention that until they have already transferred your trades out of your name. Happens plenty from what I hear. They can keep the free oil change no more of their stickers on vehicle and I will drive east or west of Lafayette so I dont even have to see this place ever again. DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!!!!

I travelling through Louisiana and was stranded and needed help on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. They would not talk or help me until the week after Thanksgiving. Purchased my vehicle from Acadiana Dodge on 9/9/2020. I traded in my previous vehicle in at the dealership as well. Sad to say as of 11/02/2020 my old car is not paid off yet. It’s been a whole bunch of lies after lies with finance. Went in to the dealership once again today for clarification, and Colby (finance), quickly called my previous finance company before he sat with me to try and rush a check. Why lie to me about a check being overnighted 2 weeks ago. I WOULD NOT purchase a bag of rice from this place. Steer clear of these crooks and take your hard earned money else. On a positive note my car salesman Dylan was amazing, and it was definitely not his fault. Management definitely needs to better train their finance office on better practices, because you all will lose tons of profit.

Received several Facebook messages about taking advantage of Vouchers with GREAT DEALS even if you still owe on your car! Figured I’d check it out since 2 months earlier they put my wife in a 19 Caravan, so I go look and see a car I like. They “work up” the numbers come back and offer me $8,000 for my car! Thing is even with 120k miles on my car it’s still worth$15,600 they reply well we’d be “All in” @ $8,000 no you won’t even with replacing a single tire,tuning up the engine (despite it having fresh oil) and changing the windshield you could still make anywhere from 5-6 Grand off the car, you’re just greedy and didn’t like the fact someone who knew what they were doing was there and had to deal with a person who knew how things work in the Auto Sales world!! Truth be told when the salesman who sold my wife her van said the SXT had more features than the GT and it DOES NOT! I should have known better than to even try and deal with a dealershipLike that!!!

The tires after left had all had different psi, not good for new tires, had to adjust the tire air pressure my self., 2nd Time went there fuse out on plug in, supervisor said two weeks before change it,went to AutoZone on 3rd st and I -49 they fixed it in 5 minutes, Acadia Dodge Service Sucks, 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎I go get my service at Mark Dodge in Lake Charles, no waiting two weeks to get any thing done there. 👍👍👍👍👍

My family and I really are enjoying my new truck. The purchase of the vehicle was very smooth. With that being said, the service that Ive received after my purchase was far from good. About a week after purchasing my truck I brought it back in to correct a few minor issues. Upon meeting with the service manager, it felt as though I was more of a burden and less of a valued customer. After a week of the dealership having my vehicle, I was informed that most of the issues were addressed and I could come pick it up. When I showed up to the dealership, I noticed that none of the issues had been addressed. I met with the manager and they took my truck back in to see what all needed to be done. At no time did I feel like the personnel that I had met with at Acadiana Dodge had all intentions of making right of what was not corrected. I highly recommend that as a consumer you look into the other Dodge dealerships in the area prior to purchasing a vehicle. I decided to spend my family and Is hard earned money at Acadiana Dodge and I can assure you that I will not be doing business with them in the future. Do yourself a favor and explore all options.

I had the most wonderful experience with my new car purchase. My salesman was able to answer all of my questions. Coming to an agreement was fast and easy. I have never been served so well and treated with such respect and integrity. They listened to my needs, and helped me to find the perfect vehicle for my family. We purchased a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica, it is wonderful. So much space, and the ride quality far exceeds what we expected.

I went to have my oil changed and tires rotated on my 2015 Jeep Rubcion. Was told it would be a couple of hours. I waited 3. I was told my rear breaks was metal to metal and my rear differential was leaking. I said I would fix that so I took my jeep and when I got down the road I noticed the oil sensor had not been reset so I took it back and they reset it. So I leave again and head home about and hour down the road the jeep starts to vibrate very bad so I pull of and look. I noticed my drivers side tire is about to fall off. So I move jeep were I could Jack it up to tighten the lug nuts that the dealer did not tighten. When I grabbed my key for the locking lugs I noticed it was broken so I guess they just broke my key and decided not to tell me or tighten the rest of my lugs up. I called the dealer ship and asked to speak to service manager and I got his machine. So I left a message and then called back to make sure he was still there and they said yes he was so they transferred me again to him and a again no answer. I did not here back from them today. I guess me and my familys safety didnt matter. So after the second failed attempt I called jeep to lodge a complaint and they said someone will be contacting me within 24 hrs. Bottom line is avoid this place like the plague!UPDATEthe service manager has contacted me and is doing what ever they can to make it right. I believe they are really trying to make good on a mistake. This goes along way with me. Thank you.UPDATEThey have made everything right with me.

Terrible service. Sells lemons and refuses to take responsibility of product. At 35 days (right after 30 day warranty) multiple issues came up with the car; Transmission, battery, breaks..) refuses to admit they sold a lemon. Do not go here! Better luck at any other location and dealer.

I came in here for an oil change it took over two hours and then it sat for about 20 minutes before they came and got me to say it was ready. When I did get it back they didn’t do a multipoint and the tire pressure light was on. The vehicle only has 10k miles and when I asked to get the tire pressure fixed the technician who was covered in oil jumped in it without putting a seat cover or floor cover in and now I have grease on the floor of my truck.

We found ourselves needing to replace my wife’s 10 year old vehicle. Having had a Dodge Caravan years earlier she wanted another one. A quick check on Acadiana Dodge’s website I found a 2017 Grand Caravan for sale. I easily reserved a showing through the website and within an hour was at the dealership with my wife. Chance Dunn, a salesman met us when we walked in and we couldn’t have been happier with his polite, low pressure sales approach. We did a quick test drive and asked for a 24 hour test drive which they quickly approved. We showed up the following day and purchased it. Acadiana Dodge and salesman Chance Dunn were great to us. I highly reccommend them.

So i got a 2016 dodge ram 1500 4x4, I had front differential and AC issues. The warranty company try to deny claims. I’ve spoken to several people who bought used cars from here, and someone in quality control needs to be fired. Squeaky brakes, rusted lines going to the calipers, wobbly and loose tie rods....Think twice about buying from here.

Terrible experience! I took my vehicle to the service department several years ago due to issues with the ignition switch. I was told I needed to change the switch out. So I agreed to have the service preformed by this dealership and was charged over 800.00 when I went to pick up my car the dash and console was cracked from the streering wheel to the passenger side at the glove box. I reported my to the service guy and even showed him, but my complaints were ignored. This matter was never addressed by the dealership and my vehicles was and still is ruined. Thankfully I own a second vehicle that I can drive. Im currently in the market for a new vehicle and Im glad to say that I will not be purchasing it from Acadiana Dodge, not will they ever service another car for me.

Made an appointment to have my 2013 Ram 1500 diagnosed on a Tuesday morning so I dropped off my truck Monday afternoon. Its Thursday afternoon and no one has looked at it yet. Its a truck I need for work and apparently the employee I made an appointment with, never actually made the appointment. Disappointed since I see Acadiana Dodge has many high ratings. Would prefer to leave it there but have no option.UPDATE:The service manager (Robert) called me and asked me to bring my truck back in. He said he would make sure I was taken care of. I appreciate the effort they made to correct the bad service I had last week. Ill go back when I need service.

Friendly and informative service department with Bryan as my go to. Eric in sales was efficient and strait forward while locating in another city, the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. He had it delivered the following day. Pretty painless as car buying goes.

I had amazing service from Seth in the Service department. He kept me up to speed with what was going on with my truck and never left me in the dark. Warranty covered the issue. The reason for one star off is because it took two days for me to hear from the service department initially. I had my truck towed on a Sunday and called 5 times and never got a hold of someone in the service department and left 2 messages just trying to get a timeline for when my truck would be looked at. Tuesday morning was when I finally received word my truck actually made it to the shop and was being looked at.

Eric Ball was amazing ! Not only was he professional and very experienced, hetook care of everything and guided me in the buying process the whole way. Eddie is the man! Helped me out 100% from the very start with every single detail & made sure we were happy customers. No complaints on him at all! The service center however, different story. Kept me waiting 2 1/2 hours for an inspection sticker, then couldnt even find my car at one point. Eddie was literally the only thing making it bare able. I recommend him highly & if I am in need of a vehicle again, he will be the first one I contact.
