Yall were great. Humidor wasnt operating. Padron cigar was dry and brittle.Maybe yall could hire an expert to help with daily ops.

Smoker UnfriendlyI’ve been going to the Lafayette Smoker Friendly for over 2 years now. I loved going their because it is close by and the staff are nice. However, in the recent months they have hired new staff. One staff member in particular has caused me to seek my business elsewhere. The blue eyed older lady that works there has terrible customer service. I went in yesterday for a pack of cigarettes and some rolling papers. I politely asked her for the papers and she told me “No!”She took the papers and ringed me up. I told her I needed a pack of cigarettes too and she said that I was demanding today. I was taken aback by her uncomfortable atmosphere and gave her my debit card instead of my I.D. to which she gave me another “No!”I work in customer service and it requires patience and professionalism. As an employee you should be pleasant to interact with, this lady has a grating personality. I have gone back and given her many chances but frankly she has repelled me from returning. Additionally, one time I went in and this lady was dealing with an older gentleman. He was struggling with his payment and took a long time to get checked out. When he finally left the lady looked at me and contemptuously rolled her eyes. I would go back if I knew she didn’t work there anymore.

Staff is generally friendly and very helpful, really a lot of variety of product to choose from including smoker friendly brand. Good looking and clean on the inside and lots of parking spaces.

Love the cigars. I like that inventory changes pretty consistently. I enjoy finding new cigars that I like. Smoker Friendly has hired a nice knowledgeable lady who will be overhauling the cigar area. Personally I cant wait to see what changes. It will be nice to have a resident expert!

Tried coming here around 5pm to spend some money. Open sign was on as they close at 8 but the door was locked and nobody visible from outside. Waste of time. Youre either open or youre not. Dont waste your time driving here.

The associate working was barely legal to sell cigs let alone have any knowledge of anything that was sold in the store. He was just a body operating the register. The pipes were way way over priced knock off from China. The tobacco its self was ok I guess but not any better than the gas stations. Employee only bathroom only, so I was unable to pee. I had to donate $1 to the Asian lady running the laundry mat next door to go pee. Overall bad place to go. Plenty of others in the area just keep diving. Its not with the stop period here.
