Great choices

I have been trying to reach someone in customer service and the Lafayette mall location to let them know that I received only one darn shoe and nobody I mean nobody is answering. I need my other shoe that I order from within the store! Are give me my money!!

Used to love footlocker but lately the customer service has been bad and they don’t have a lot of shoes that you’d find at their website. Employees usually don’t have much knowledge about their products. Asked for some Nike Pg 3s and a girl looked at me like I was an idiot. If it’s possible, go to Champs. Customer service is great their but they don’t always have everything footlocker does. But still, if it’s possible, go to Champs.

Keyonna at footlocker in the mall in Lafayette was great help today! I was calling them today looking for a package that I was waiting to receive thinking I purchase from them all alone I made purchase from champs and couldn’t find my tracking but she saved the day she took her time out to fix the mistake of another store and ship my shoes to her store for pick up I’m so thankful! She didn’t have to do that but she did it so I want to acknowledge her and her store for her awesome doing Thankyou keyonna

Done employees care but typically HS or College kids with very little knowledge of the products. They just know what is in style oh yea shoes are way overpriced

I had ordered a pair of filas from the store and was told I would get a new pair from the warehouse but instead I was given one brand new right shoe and one I’m guessing a display shoe that is stained and worn I could tell by the bottom of the shoe. I had bought a pair but returned it for a brand new one that I was told it would be from the ware house and also they messed up my order with someone else’s name and email and phone number when I had given them mine and recheck the information. Terrible. I paid for full price for a brand new pair but was given one worn and stained shoe “FROM THE WAREHOUSE”?? please explain.
