I should have read the reviews first! Very unhappy with the total experience from check in to the exam. My first indication was when the clerk advises that your eye exam co-pay may not apply if you’re seen for a ‘problem’. Waited 20 mins in exam room before Dr comes in, doesn’t introduce themselves and proceeds to fuss at me when my choices are “confusing “. At that point I was afraid to voice my choices and get fussed at further. Checked out and sure enough charged over 90 dollars instead of vision copayment. None the less I will not be returning nor will I ever recommend their services.

My multiple visit with Dr. Thom Dinh have all been very pleasant and professional. She is very knowledgeable and informative. The staff is very friendly and professional also.

Dr Dinh I have seen this doctor 3 times the first time she saw me for a vision exam for glasses she proceeded to do a medical eye exam for allergy eyes without my permission she then charged both my vision insurance and medical insurance and billing me for both copays even though she did not get my authorization to do both exams then my prescription for my glasses was wrong and my vision was blurry so i went back the day i got my glasses for a re-exam and was billed again for the re-exam. which i believe should have been a free follow up since it was not the right prescription please be aware of how she is practicing it is not very ethical

BE CAREFUL WITH THOM DINH, She will bill your primary insurance along with your vision insurance to make more money leaving you with a bigger bill. This place is FRAUD.

Not super personable, but no issues with my appointment or glasses.
