CAUTION: DO NOT BRING YOUR UPS PACKAGES TO BE DROPPED OFF HERE! I brought a UPS package here 10 days ago. I just checked tracking to see if it was delivered. Nope still at CVS. Called CVS and sure enough its been sitting there. Absolute trash service. 0/10 would not recommend.

Horrible service. Messed up my paper work twice so they had to re do it 3 times, instead of having some urgency to get it right the staff socialized with each other essentially putting the customer as last their last priority. Definitely never going back.

Rude attitude for no reason answering the phone. And still haven’t successfully transferred my prescriptions for the third day in a row. Overall have had a bad experience with them these past few days still not improving

Pharmacy staff is EXTREMELY rude! they allhad attitudes for absolutely nothing. went in to fix several mistakes THEY made and they acted as if i caused the problem. definitely won’t be coming here again.

Incredibly rude pharmacy staff who do not even attempt to be helpful. I have used this location for about 3 months and I will not return. They often do not have medication in stock and barely make an effort to help when they fail to fill your prescription. Do yourself a favor and get a different location, especially if you take any type of scheduled prescription medication. They will treat you like you are lying or trying to pull one over on them. I have had this experience with two staff in the three months I have been here. I believe their staff needs serious education on customer service and medication.

The cvs on Bertrand the pharmacist that answers the window for persriptions is seriously so rude. Every time I’ve been there and talks to you like you’re incompetent. I don’t know her name she has long her and answers every time I go. She constantly cuts me off before I can fully explain myself will be switching locations.

I needed a refill of my blood pressure medication and CVS told me they were still waiting for confirmation from my doctor to refill my prescription. I played phone tag with my doctor and the pharmacy, with CVS still claiming that nothing was sent from my doctor. Turns out CVS was looking at the wrong prescription. Once they figured that out, then they tell me that the prescription I was waiting for has been out of stock for a month and I need to transfer the prescription to another pharmacy. I feel like garbage because I need my blood pressure meds.

Pharmacy staff is extremely rude and talk to you like your business isn’t necessary. I transferred all my rx’s from here to Walgreens right down the street. They are always friendly, have your meds in stock and don’t talk to you like your worthless.

One time the cashier didnt activate a $20 PlayStation Network card for me and my boyfriend. I watched him buy it but it didnt work later that week when we tried to use it. Sony confirmed it was not scanned as activated. When we went back to ask them about it the manager basically accused my boyfriend and I of stealing it... >:( He didnt even let us offer proof of purchase. We were shocked.

Kaliste saloom location failed and didnt have my medicine in stock. Sent me here to Bertrand one. Hour later they still had not even filled it. Rude white girl and black girl on weekend. 9-15-16. Never using CVS again .👆
