I came here for gas and chicken. The gas didnt cripple my car, and the chicken was unusually good. I would rate it as some of the best chicken in Lafayette. Better than any of the big stores (except Meijer - that chicken is quite tasty). The place is dirty, customer service was terrible, and it feels like getting shanked is a possibility, but its a small price to pay for good chicken.

Weve had bad food from here, and bad gasoline. Anyone else? Just a couple weeks ago, had to have my car towed in. The fuel system had to be completely cleaned, and computer redone. You never know if youll be robbed and attacked here. Women beware.

Very friendly staff and clean store

If youre a girl, dont go to this gas station. One of the young guys who works there is creepy as hell and will ask you where you live. Oh, and he will try to serve you chicken that he dropped onto the floor/countertop. Im thankful to the cashier woman who saw him drop my food and told me. He tried to make her serve it to me anyway. But she was a saint and got me new food. Just go somewhere else

The chicken is really good, just dont hang around after dark. However, its not really dangerous, just Lafayette Dangerous.

Put $47 in gas and they wouldnt let my 5 year old daughter use the bathroom because we didnt buy anything. Ridiculous!

As if walking past the druggies to get change for the air machine wasnt enough of a reason to downgrade this station, the air machine took my $1 of quarters and then proceeded to let air OUT of my tires instead of putting it in. No amount of manipulating the nozzle would remedy this situation. Apparently its been run over a couple of times. I didnt even bother to go back in to complain or get my money back - rather not walk past the vacant-eyed meth-heads again. Do yourself a favor if you need air for your tires and head north on 9th Street, where theres a Family Something gas station with FREE AIR.

I like the guys that work here, pretty friendly. Rough neighborhood makes visiting this place a little uncomfortable. Always smells like chicken and gas.

Go somewhere else

We call this place the crime incubator. As much as the police and overdose emergency vehicles are called to this location, they should set up a field station in the parking lot. I would post the picture of blood on the sidewalk from a shooting a years ago, but cannot find it just now.
