Mrs. Chiffon and employees are excellent customer service, well on their inventory, and an awesome environment.

Workers are extremely nice and kind. Just wish they had a little more options in terms of wigs and extensions. Overall, nice place

Not great customer service and limited options, but it’s the only store of its kind in the city so what can ya do.

I walked in with my daughter and niece. We were not greeted at the door. The store seemed dead. I believe the woman there was the owner. She was on the phone from the time we walked in until we left. Her attitude was very dismissive of us. She was rude and her vibe or energy was nasty and mean. I only went to the stop because I wanted to support a black owned business. Her nasty attitude made me wanna stay at home and shop Amazon.

Products are not worth the price. You will find items/ products that are at this store, a lot cheaper online. They are a rip off. Products have no quality and over priced. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

We came when they were about to close but they still did our hair. Sorry ladies that we made such a late appointment. You were kind and helpful. I recommend anyone to come to your shop.

Products are pricy and you dont know most of the prices because they arent on the products- untilyuntil have to cross your fingers at the register. Dont have the best variety and quality of hair.
