Will never get ice cream from BR ever again. Worst treatment my daughter has ever had.

Skip it!! Owner told GROSSLY inappropriate stories while I was trying to order my little boys birthday cake. Good ice cream, but unfortunate experience with owner turned my stomach! Cant support this business now. Sorry.

Honestly, I did not love Ice-cream before I went to Baskin Robin. Excellent test with variety of option. I loved Tripple mango Most. I recommend this shop.

Some of flavors are not available at this area and but they are not good as in houma but ok to eat their Baskin robbins

My kids love the icecream.

I ordered a banana split to go. Service was good. I get home and realize there’s no banana for my treat. I was told the owner would call me back. It has been two days and no one has tried to alleviate the problem or even call me. I would not recommend

I have never step out to spend the money on a cake due to the cost on 6/23/2020 my daughter turned 40. Her brother an I decided to split the cost on an $35.00 ice cream cake fed up to 6/12 people now this was a small one .. And my first time and was so disappointed Oreo cookie cake it was edible but never will I do this again .

Awesome ice cream shop. So good. There are so many flavors. I loved how good and creamy the ice cream was. There are no bathrooms here though. You can get ice cream cakes here and they are good. You can sample as many ice creams as you want. The service was very good and the people were nice.

Such a good little ice cream store! The service is great and the ice cream is awesome! You can tell its an ice cream shop when you walk in, because you can smell the ice cream as you walk in. For you chocolate lovers, try the chocolate fudge, its amazing!

I ordered from there so many times and was my favorite spot all around the world, but last time I got a shake and while I was drinking it I felt some weird taste and opened it and found giant spit in my shake. Since then I have sworn to not go back to this place ever again. So disgusting🤮🤢🤢🤮

Best frickin ice cream around

The ice cream here was pretty darn good. I love the way it smells in the building. Staff is friendly I would say prices are decent but theyre not but what do you expect at an ice cream parlor.

We ordered 4 double scoops. Two people were working on the order. The females hair swooshed through the cone so she fixed another cone. We left and halfway down the road my husband finds a hair in his icecream from the male that fixed his cone. Why dont they wear hair nets? Especially when you have to bend down and reach for some of the flavors.

Great people and a wide variety of ice cream desserts. Id like more flavors (they removed black walnut) but, to be fair, they only have so much room in the store.

This is our neighborhood go to ice cream shop. It doesnt get much better than fresh cold delicious ice cream after a summer afternoon of swimming. Staff is always friendly.

My rating is on how Baskin Robbins ice cream tastes only! I love the taste, texture and the many flavors! It’s unfortunate when ratings are submitted on a business solely on the employees behavior but, with that said, it matters how you’re treated and how you’re treated when you walk in is a reflection on the business. I think Baskin Robbins ice cream is the best I’ve ever had. As far as the employees go I’ve had more negative experiences than positive but finding people to work low paying jobs that still care about doing a good job is a chore. People that will do a good job, have integrity and recognize the impact they have on others, no matter the pay, are few and far between. IMHO

It had been quite awhile since Ive stopped at Baskin Robbins for ice cream, and after devouring my cone, I dont know why, but I will be stopping by here alot more often now. Friendly and fast staff combined with the delicious chocolate chip waffle cone on a 🔥 and humid Louisiana afternoon, well... It completely changed the day from horribly bad & 7yysad to amazingly beautiful & reflective.

Not a very good experience tonight. 1 out of the 3 employees acted like she wanted to be there. The others 2 acted as if we were a nuisance when my son wanted to taste a certain flavor. I asked them if they would just rather us go somewhere else and they laughed. We weren’t greeted when we walked in, but delivered an obnoxious goodbye when we were leaving. I suggest hiring better staff with friendly personalities. The ice cream was great. I’ll probably get ice cream elsewhere with my children next time.

Ingress and egress can be an issue but otherwise this is a wonderful place to grab good ice cream. The inside is quite small but we have always been able to find a table if eating in.
