Quick to take your money but not quick on delivery. Will not answer the phone and will not give any customer support. If 0 zero stars were possible I would give them that.
Never again! I’ve ordered for 2 of my graduates and one elementary student and these people are unorganized and will take our money knowing the orders will be delayed and they are unapologetic for it! It’s time this business SHUT DOWN because THEY ARE FRAUD‼️
Horrible service called about 6 times (each different day) and no response. How are you going to have a closed office with a sign to call a number but don’t answer the phone??? Poor service.
Good luck getting them to contact you. I have left multiple emails and phone calls and they have yet to return my calls. Their business hours are minimal so you are lucky if you catch them. We have had problems with my sons graduation pack and I still have no resolution

How is it possible that I have only ONE choice of where to buy school shirts and at $16 a piece for cotton shirts. Thats a bit ridiculous when you factor in that they have to order thousands. More importantly you would think with that kind of revenue they could at least have a means for customers to order and pay online for uniforms that you are forced to buy. Well in hindsight maybe not considering I have no other option, they can make it as inconvenient as possible.
They designed my granddaughters high school graduation ring which she will get in a ceremony this Spring. They designed it exactly the way she wanted it and she is very happy. Not too expensive and they allow you to pay in installments. Very friendly people. Check back with me after she receives the ring. I will better be able tp give an opinion on their service then.
Very helpful staff-even with a panicky, last minute graduation gown problem! They were very kind and got everything straightened out in one trip. Its nice to have a local place to go to so you arent at the mercy of an email box or delivery van!
Simply awful. Paid for and ordered some patches 2 months before graduation as a graduation present. The patches did not come in on time and they never called me when they finally did come in. I had to call. If there is another option, take it. Dont do business with these guys.
PLEASE READ!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE IN OUR LIFE,TOTALLY RUINED OUR SONS MOMENT! If you have this company doing class rings, I would go to a jewelry shop. We have been getting the run around about class of 2020 John Ehret Marrero Louisiana since May 17th! So dissatisfied with the employees and the management for they have NO idea what or where to turn. Feels like were talking to politicians when we call! 1st when my wife called, they tried to say we owed $15 when in fact the balance was $0. They had a problem finding the receipt. We had the original receipt and when they found that out, they changed the story. They keep passing the buck, and its so disgusting that they have no regard for the teenager who worked his butt off to move up to senior class. I bet if this happened to their child, it would be different. Almost a month later,and you cannot get an honest answer from anyone at Balfour. If I would have known then what I know now about how they handle business, I would have went to a reputable jeweler. Once again, our sons moment of move up to senior class has been tarnished and if you dont want your child to deal unnecessary emotions in an already privileged world I would shop somewhere else. They have NO plans of making it right!!!!!
We ordered patches for the lettermen jacket that we also received from them. We were told the patches would come in in 4-6 weeks (not cheap by the way). At about 5 and a half weeks we called to check on them and the lady who answered said oh it usually takes about 6 weeks. We said okay and waited another week and called back. This time, the person who answered said I dont know who told you they come in in 4-6 weeks, its 10-12 weeks. Heavily implying that we were lying and really just being rude. They have a monopoly on high school graduate products in the area and are almost forced on all the students for crazy prices. Now that the patches are in we are most definitely taking them to a seamstress instead of here.
