The worst customer service. Didn’t even make it past the first phone call. I called for a quote and was interrupted multiple times by a very rude lady who didn’t introduce herself when she answered the phone. If that’s the quality of service to expect, there’s no way I’ll be asking them for any services.

I had a piece of mirror cut for custom frame that I built for a vanity. Called and spoke to Claude who quickly gave me an estimate. Went on my lunch break and he cut the piece I needed while I waited. Small shop with two guys working. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. Claude was really nice and helpful and was quick at what he did. I will be returning for any other glass needs. Theyre not setup for debit cards so its just cash/check only.

I just phoned to get help with glass for an exterior door that was broken during Hurricane Delta. The man who answered the phone was so cranky, I literally could not understand what he said when he addressed me with the business name. I asked for help with the above. He than asked me for dimensions and I said that I need a quote for above and two other doors, we wanted them all to match. He huffed at me and just replied about how busy they were. I then kindly with a smile replied that I could find someone else since it seemed he did not need nor want my business. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I was shopping around for prices, when I received this businesses answering service. Horrible customer service! I decided to go with another company because the woman I spoke to couldn’t tell me when I would be able to speak to someone at the actual company because they’re on a job. Very rude, too.

VERY disappointed with the service! I had an appointment for over a month, was asked to call and confirm the day before and did so 3 days before, was assured that they would be there and they never showed up. When I called all Chris could say is, I dont know what to tell you. So I told him I would be using a different company and he said, Good. The new company, by the way, will come out and measure for FREE. Horrible experience.

Quality glass at an affordable price! These guys are professionals and provide the best service to even the smallest of jobs. I am so glad I chose to do business with them and they will be my first choice for all my glass and mirror needs.

Do not waste your time ordering from this place! They are very unprofessional, rude, the staff act like they do not know anything or even about their position, do not believe anything they say, even if they say they will give you a call back. Because they WILL NOT CALL YOU BACK. I placed an order on Aug. 20th and they told me that they would have it ready by the very next day & they would call me when it was ready to pick up. On the 21st, i did not receive any call from them on the status of my order. So as it was the day was being wasted on a call, i decided to reach out to them to find out when would it be ready. Apparently the man who cuts the glass left an hr. early for the day, so I re-gave my information to the secretary for him or someone to reach me. The 22nd came, still no call. I called them back apparently he was still gone and the secretary told me he would be back a 12:30pm that afternoon and i should hear something by then. WRONG! I called back again and this time they sent my call to voicemail the next 6x I called. I finally got a hold of them at 2pm the secretary said he would be back at 3:30. I called again at after 3:30 he still was no where to be found, the secretary acts like she has no clue of what is going on and is rude. So the moral of my experience is save your breath on ordering from this poorly ran company. I would highly recommend any of the other local glass & mirrors business around Lafayette. At least those places call you with a status on your order & treat you like you are important. Not lie, ignore you, & give you the run around like Lafayette Glass & Mirror.
