I love doing business here. It’s the best pawn shop around and they have the nicest people who are so helpful. They give the most money for your items and it takes no time at all. Very impressed.

I want to say this is one of my best experiences at a pawn shop. Gabe the assistant manager was one of the most professional and courteous people Ive ever encountered. No customer service at all. I was ignored the entire time as they chose customers that walked in after myself

Courteous and they greet everybody and ask if they can help you. Nice clean organized store with great Layaway

I have a hard time breathing as it is if I was to wear a mask sometimes I will pass out and they refuse to let me in the building that is discrimination against people who cannot wear a mask

Some of the staff has become unprofessional there, I went in too do buisness with them, and had a bad experience, and when I requested a phone number of higher management the female worker went in the back of store, and didnt return, leaving me with her male co worker that gave me the number I requested but, made several arrogant comments about the situation before doing so.

Worst pawn shop in Lafayette. Staff not wearing a mask, but they trip out if you dont.

I was stuck from out of town with a small child and offered to pawn jewelry, tools, anything I had just to get 20 bucks and they laughed at me. Sent me on my way. I lost my wallet and I’m sure I seemed desperate and offering my Tiffany necklace and Gucci watch ....I no where near seem like some trash chick pawning things for dope but that’s how I was treated.

I purchased a tool and when turned on the blade did a 1/4 spin. Was told battery was dead but they were closing. Took it home to charge getting no better. When I got a chance Wednesday I was told I couldn’t get a full refund because of a $10 “restocking fee”. On a tool with a messed up battery. I had to pay to restock it!

The manager has no respect for good customers. I have purchase from many of the Cash America and pawn and always pick up my items. They now offer 10%, willing to loan 900.00 but not a 1000 on a bracelet worth much more. To not allow me to take advantage of the 10%. But wanted to over charge with the 20%. I had to pawn two things to get the 10%...

I will never do business there again.Would not recommend to anyone ever.

I bought a laptop and desktop from them and it works great they are sweet and respectful .
