Great selection of clubs, apparel, & accessories. Even more so are the staff. Everyone of the guys are super friendly & knowledgeable, & if they do not know, they will find the answer or point you in the direction to find it. Also, Gene’s golf lessons are fundamentally sound. I have spent hundreds of dollars and hours of wasted time & sweat trying to adjust my swing. Only 2-1hr lessons and Mr. Gene has me hitting consistently. Had an absolute awesome experience today getting fitted for clubs. From the people to the product, I couldnt be more satisfied. They really cared and payed close attention to detail. 1st class experience from top to bottom. Cant wait to get my new clubs and get out to the course!
I ordered personalized golf balls on 6/4/21 for Father’s Day for my husband and grandpa. I paid for the three day shipping. Today, 16 days later Father’s Day came and went with no golf balls to wrap. Fraud in my opinion. I will be disputing the charge. Thanks for the great Father’s Day gift. Good think I have understanding guys in my life.

On line: ordered personalized golfballs 11 Dec. Today, 21 Dec, they emailed me saying they cancelled the order due to their machine breaking. No offer to substitute or replace, just “Sorry”. Very poor customer service, if you can even call it that. Highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I received an email to write a review regarding this product/service I received so here we are. First off. I am a touring golf pro and decided I wanted a new bag with my name on it instead of my old college bag. I looked up this website to get my name embroidered on it quickly and easily. The date was around June 12th. I picked the bag I wanted and ordered Rush shipping so it would be delivered June 18th. The only good thing this company did was call me to inform me my bag had been misprinted and also shipped to the wrong location. I said no worries as long as I got it by June 29th, I was assured that would happen. The days passed and I got no updates like I was promised, so I called them regularly and they kept promising to update me but NEVER ONCE followed through. June 29th rolls around and I go play 3 tournaments with my girlfriends old college bag. I give em a call and just tell them to ship the bag with the wrong name on it, I dont care I just need a bag at this point. It finally comes after my three tournaments and after ive been back for awhile. I think it came on July 22nd... Original delivery date with rush shipping (that I paid extra for) was June 18th. I ended up getting refunded I think 20% of my order. The bag came, didnt look like the picture so I asked for it to be sent back. Andy from golfballs.com said they would pick it up at my leasing office, they came to my door instead so it didnt get picked up. So they said to try again the next day and he must have forgot to send an order for it to get picked up because they never came. Hopefully they get my bag soon and give me the FULL refund that i requested a long time ago. All in all, dont order from golfballs.com unless you like mistakes and empty promises.
Ordered a dozen Nike balls with a customized logo, and some ball markers with the same logo. Wow, they turned out fantastic! Also, a dozen monogrammed balls. Couldnt be happier. Price was very reasonable, and the work was done quickly. Would certainly recommend, and Ill certainly return as a customer.
After recieving the golf balls i get a bill in the mail for $63.71 from FedEx.???What the hell!!!! Online ordered from the States many times and never had to pay a clearance entry fee into Canada before. Buyer beware.
The staff noticed that I was a new customer and made an effort to make sure they keep my business. They are very knowledgeable and attentive. Whether you are a beginner or an avid golfer they will make you feel welcome. The selection is huge with just about everything a golfer could want or need.
I have bought printed balls online, they were fast and looked great. Also took lessons in the store, after 5 lessons I took 20 strokes off my game!
This is a very knowledgeable and helpful staff. They do everything they can to get you the products you need even if they have to order it. I had purchased a Bushnell Neo Ghost range finder from the Lafayette Store and was having minor problems with it so I brought it back to the store and told them of the problem. They checked it out and could not identify the problem at that tme. Thank you to Andy and Gene they replaced it with a new one no questions asked. Customer service is the name of the game and I would like to compliment them on their efforts.
I special ordered a set of Mizuno irons. I was told they would be in by the following Thursday. I called the store on Wednesday to check on them. To my surprise, they said Mizuno claimed they did not get the order. To make up for it Mizuno was going to expedite the order and ship it next day so I should have my clubs by Friday. The sales person promised me that as soon as they arrived they would call me. Seemed fair to make up for the original screw up. Monday comes and still no phone call. I call the store and I am told the clubs did arrive Friday. This store is open on Saturday also and they did not call me. They did not call me Monday. I had to call them. Bottom line, very poor management and customer service. They obviously do not confirm orders they send to Mizuno. They also do not stay on top of your order, especially knowing my order was shipped next day to make up for their first mistake.
