After many weeks of talking/texting to someone about going look in person I went on a Saturday about 9:20 am and no one was there. Door locked and no answer two times when I called. As I live an hour ana a half away it was very disappointing. So, didnt get an opportunity to go inside.

We have cabinets installed by this business that were put in before we bought our home. Several people in our neighborhood have had issues, according to posts weve seen in our FB group, including my neighbor, who had the same builder. We are experiencing hairline cracks all over the finish of our cabinets in our kitchen, as well chips in some places. We moved in Dec. 2019, and we keep our home air conditioned. We dont cook a whole lot and there is never a chance for moisture and humidity unless we have a prolonged power outage. We reached out and the first thing we were told was that the owner was not in, but would call us back, because they had gotten threats from people in our neighborhood. Not us, because we never contacted them before. My husband called again about a week later, after no follow up, and we got the same excuse that the owner wasnt in, but they took a message. I tried to call again a couple of weeks later after no follow up, and talked to Brooke. She remembered my husband calling and my address. Was told the cabinets were no longer under warranty, which we understood. My house had been built for a year before we bougt it. Got the same excuse about the owner and no follow up. At this point I reached out to my builder, who asked for photos and said he would send them to the owner. I still never got a phone call. When I followed up with Brooke, I was told that they had seen the photos and its was because of steam and moisture. She claimed the dishwasher and microwave will do that. The cabinet by the dishwasher is fine. Above my microwave is pretty bad, but again, we dont cook or use it every day. The cabinets in my bathrooms, where there is plenty of moisture, have NO issues. We have several drawers and cabinets that have these cracks inside and outside that are nowhere near water. I clean my cabinets with pledge and a microfiber cloth, not soap and water. They never offered to come to see the issue, or even give us a quote to fix them. The areas that arent as bad barely show up in photos, so they would need to check them in person. I will never voluntarily do business with these people or send anyone here. I dont think they should have gotten death threats, but I certainly understand the frustration. Brooke also claimed she would talk to John, the owner, and call me back after this exchange. Its been weeks of nothing, but that was expected.

E & E installed the cabinets in my newly built house over a year ago. They have been paid by the contractor for faulty cabinets. My husband and I have called & stopped by the store multiple times to ask them to come out and repair the faulty cabinets. Our address has been on this board in their office for over a year. They have never made an effort to come out and fix their work. I don’t think it is fair that we have to pay someone to come & fix cabinets that this business has been paid for. I don’t recommend using this company. Please shop around for better customer service!!!!

We did white cabinets and white quartz countertops. Can’t beat their prices! This is our second time using them

I was told to take my own measurements and bring that back. I did and then picked out both cabinets and granite. Then I waited and waited and waited. Finally I went back in and told them what happened and that I wasnt going to beg anyone to take my money. I asked for my measurements back so I could go somewhere else and was told okay here. in the meantime my friend who started remodeling her kitchen one day before me and is finished.

E&E Granite-If you enjoy the back and forth of having to return phone calls to get updates on getting services done (over a months time) when they were supposed to call you back, the constant drives back to the office to tell them what type of slab you want when youve already told them while having to get another receipt when the previous employee didnt print up the ticket correctly, then this is the place and business for you!*Warning-lengthy postThe setup/beginning-I set up an appointment with E&E Granite to get a quote to replace my kitchen countertop. Gilbert came and did my measurements and discuss options with me including the demo. This process was ok, although I got the feeling that he was nervous and didnt really want to do a demo because of the past reviews and complaints theyve gotten from previous customers damaging their paint or items in the area the work was being done. He also explained to me that I would have to get an island size countertop ($300 more) because my counter space was uneven; Note: At the end of the process, I ended up with 4 pieces of large slabs left which I think I could have just purchased the regular slab and the job would have been done without the extra slabs. At the end of this process, I explained to Gilbert that I would like to get it done but he said he would have to check with the office about the demo and would call me back. In the meantime, he gave me a number of a Raymond who they work with who does demolition work; I tried several times to call while leaving a message and never did this Raymond call me back; Days and weeks went by without a call back from E&E Granite to let me know about them doing the demo. I should have known right there to go somewhere else because if, as a business, you say youre going to call back, then call the customer back. Then, after several weeks had gone by, Pam called me out of the blue to do a follow-up to see if I still wanted my countertop to be replaced. I told her yes, but I was still waiting on Gilbert or someone from her office to let me know about the demo because I was not able to get in contact with Raymond. She then asked me to send her pictures of my kitchen countertop. I did; She said she would call me back, never received a call back (that should have been strike 2). After weeks went by again, I called back to get an update, this time, I spoke with Jill, explained that I was waiting for a call from Gilbert and Pam and that I sent my pictures of my kitchen countertops to Pam; I am not sure what happened to my pictures sent to Pam, but once again, I was asked to send my pictures again, but this time to Jill. Now, I had become frustrated at this point! Im trying to give you my business and youre playing games! Jill told me that she would call me back on the Monday which fell on Labor Day (September)I asked her; are you all even open and will you really call me back? She said she would call back; Jill called me back; Finally, they did what they said they would do. When Jill called me back, she gave me the total price including the demo; she also explained to me what was going to be done, etc. I agreed and told her that I would come in the office the following week to put 1/2 of my deposit ; Now, this is where the fun begins. I came in to pay 1/2 of my deposit on a Saturday. Pam and Jill were not there; I was greeted by Brandon (I think that was his name); I paid 1/2 cash and 1/2 check. He put everything in the computer and was like thank you. I was like you are not going to give me a receipt. He then printed out a receipt which he left out specific information, like the demo was included, the type of slab being ordered and used, etc. He gave me just a receipt of that I paid 1/2 deposit and the amount; Pam called me back the next week to ask questions about the slab style I was using and to come in because she had to print out another receipt with the information Brandon left out..what an inconvenience! I live and work 45 minutes!More information posted on 2nd review.
