This store is great- friendly and helpful staff, clean environment, usually has what we need in stock. 4 stars because you keep laying the milk on its side, both when I shop in store and when I do curbside pickup. I think you must not know this, but the 365 milk leaks! Please package it upright!

I love shopping at Whole Foods whenever Im looking for specific ingredients for a dish I cant find anywhere else.

Really good market for people who enjoy a healthy meal. You can find nice organic fruits, really good types of meat and a bunch of other kinds of product that in general try to be as healthy as it can be. You also find pizza and salads to eat right away or take-out. The only negative point is the price of some stuffs, they can be above the average of other supermarkets. The housekeeping that its done in the market is also really good. Overall, I would recommend to a friend. Its a good place.

The cashiers are really friendly. I cannot say that about a particular deli worker. I didn’t see her name badge. Seems to me that this particular female is not happy with her job.

Definetly did not enjoy the loud music while trying to enjoy a meal in peace outside. A lot of it had a tempo and bear extremely fast compared for an area that should be consider a semi-casual dinning area ie not the same as cheap food restaurant trying to rush people out the door for quicker turn over! The store was chill and clean and decent employees.. Didnt care at all for the heavy chemical smell coming from one of the registers closest to customer service.I pay for a Prime membership in order to help support this company even though I usually dont even see that much savings each month even though Im shopping at Whole Foods almost every single day.The heavy duty chemicals that are heavy in vital organic compounds and commercial sanitizers used at the front of the store and the artificial fragrances in the restroom and are very big source of frustration for me and seems like its absolutely against all the principles Whole Foods stands for. for example they wouldnt even sell products like this in their whole body section because they dont meet the guidelines for Whole Foods clean product standards ie things that my toxic to people and the environment!I really feel like a lot of times this company has lost its ethos in many ways. They have been expanding and getting a few more organic products with I appreciate.However as a veteran I wish someone like Jeff who has had ties with D.A.R.P.A and Government Agencies would please try exude a little more influence towards having the store use more eco-friendly cleaning products and air freshener instead of toxic products that have been linked to cancer hormone disruption and neurological issues ETC.On a more positive note Im also really glad that not every single item in the hot bar was cooked with a toxic World war II left over ie Canola oil garbage. literally been told by former employees they use this because of how cheap it is I know it has an easier cooking temperature point. However it is one of the least healthy oils available, its as bad a margarine.Thank You!

The staff is RUDE! Every time my wife and I shop here, the staff seems to hate their job. They’re rude and we feel like an inconvenience simply by being present. My wife and I have stopped shopping here and shop at Natural Grocers instead! And don’t get me started on Amazon returns here! Go anywhere else for an Amazon return!

While Whole Foods was doing well about mask enforcement in the past, they have recently changed their store policy. A customer that walked into the store beside me was wearing their mask around their chin. I asked an employee if they could enforce mask compliance, and the employee said only managers are allowed to speak to customers about proper mask wearing. I spoke with the manager on duty, and they claimed there was nothing they could do.If you want to actually go somewhere that enforces proper mask precautions go to Costco or another grocery store that actually cares about their customer and employee safety.

Yeah, the prices are higher than other stores, but when you compare similar products at Whole Foods to other other markers there isnt much difference in cost.So between the less crowded isles, neater displays, and overall easier shopping experience Whole Foods is a great choice if youre looking for cleaner/ less processed options.

This Whole Foods lacks in customer sevice. Ive been to Whole Foods in Baton Rouge and a couple in Texas. Having been to Whole Foods that are enjoyable to shop in, I can do an honest comparison.

Great selection, good quality. One of the better beer selections outside of a specialty store. But, youll pay top $ for it.But on another note, to be honest Im extremely disappointed that only people breaking the law carry a firearm in there. They clearly post and forbid concealed carry. I have no faith in places that arent 2A friendly to trained, licensed, vetted, law abiding citizens. I have issues spending my money there.

Very friendly employees that are very helpful.Super clean inside.Large selection of bulk grains.Would more of a meat dept choices but what the do have is really nice looking.The natural health care section is a entire isle on both sides.And my favorite section absolutely has to be there little cheese corner. Might not be a huge are but definitely lots of great choices.Youll spend a few dollars more here but well worth the quality.

First time going into the store and I can say only the cart pusher and cashier were friendly I walked and shopped and said good morning to all employees I came in contact with most were rude or responded in a negative tone like yea ok for you pricey items instore for such unfriendly and unwelcoming environment I asked a stocker for help locating an item I was told go left go right then left I asked if they could show me as I was new to this store they responded well thats not my problemI wish I could tell you there name but they had no badge on will probably not go back or try other store somewhere else please make it a point in morning meeting with the team be kind and helpful with customers I work retail also bad day or not no excuse for behavior always smile respond in a professional manner and help

This is a great whole foods. The cashiers were all really nice. The dine in food was great, my friend and I got BLT Sandwiches and Sushi that tasted great. The sushi was kinda overpriced, but the quality was great.

I ordered one of each of the cheesecake bites to take back to work for friends and they were very dry like they were several days old. The whipped cream was hard. I would not suggest getting desserts there based on my experience.

Staff is always friendly, and usually the cheesecake is really good but this time not so much. I bought a raspberry cheesecake and it was so dry and so Clay like that I couldn’t even finish the small bite-size piece that I bought. At a price of $3.00 for a bite of cheesecake, I was hoping for the usual delicious smooth piece like the other Whole Foods I’ve visited.

Ive been shopping at Whole Foods in Lafayette since 2016. The products here are always top-notch and the staff is always friendly. The relaxed environment is what brings me back. I have actually reached out to indie brands when I couldnt find a product at this location and they made sure to keep a full stock, which is awesome. I would rate 6 stars if I could!

Me and my husband went there for the first time today and it was a great experience. Special thanks to Donna the cashier who told us about the wonderful dessert ( Chantilly cake) and the baker who was so nice. The best food in town. Nice atmosphere and the employers are so helpful. Just been to Chicago Whole Foods Market last week. I have been to Wholes Foods Market of Shreveport, Houston, Chicago, and this one. This one is the worst. It’s true, you will often meet rude staffs in this one (read other customers’ comments here).During my stay in Lafayette, I used to go there to grab some healthy food and produce. What used to annoy me was the often empty salad bar and dried out cheesecake, mac & cheese, and mashed potatoes.I finally quit going there. During the last one year of my stay in Lafayette, I started buying organic produce from the organic sections of Rouses Market and Albertson. I also started going to Sandras Cafe & Health Food for organic produce in Rena drive. Comparable quality!

We visited every time we are in lafayette for a nice selection of foods, bulk bin products, health/beauty, prepared foods, wine/beer and more! Lots of vegan items that are a bit tough to find in the area. Great selection of produce and frozen items. They prepare foods fresh at the store and have a great salad and cookie bar with all kinds of items (choose what you want, charged by weight) There is a place to sit inside and eat as well as a coffee bar. Do yourself a favor and try the tofu bites! :-)

My husband and I have really been enjoying the hot food bar lately. The soups are fantastic. And the flavor of most of the hot food is delicious. The food could be hotter, but well still go back.

Four stars instead of five because of the ridiculously high prices. With that said I have been looking for a store in Lafayette that sells Semolina Flour so I can make fresh pasta. They have it in the bulk section so I dont even need to buy a big bag of flour (that part of it would go bad).Lakisha was the young woman who helped me and she was absolutely wonderful. She was polite, friendly, and even went to make sure there was some in stock while I waited on the phone. A true 5-Start employee!

Well stocked, super clean

Any time we are in town we visit Whole Foods. We love the variety of options, you can find things here that you cant anywhere else. The other day we tried mochi ice cream for the first time and we loved it! The pizza is delicious and the pastry deli has some of the yummiest treats! Our kids live this place as much as we do! Who goes to a grocery store for entertainment? We do and this place never disappoints!

Today is my grandmother’s 105th birthday...we purchased the berry chentilly cake and it was DEVOURED!!! It has been her birthday cake for the past 3 years and I do not plan on switching. It just tastes great. Thank you for bring a partof her experience.

Higher prices were expected, but the Prime app helped with that. Produce section allowed us to find items that could not be found at conventional supermarkets. Staff is very pleasant and pro-actively helpful.

Absolutely love this store they have the best produce and selection of different kinds of foods you wouldn’t find in a Walmart. Some things are a little higher priced but a lot of things are organic or dairy free which is what I like. They have fresh sushi and a food bar and salad bar and they have fresh breads and cakes that look amazing

Although theyre pricey, I do like the store. This store was nice and clean and the employees were very helpful with the exception of the guy working in the bar with the blonde ponytail. I had my groceries from the store and went to the bar to place an order. I was not acknowledged at all when I walked in. I found a menu on one of the tables to look at myself although I already knew what I wanted when I entered. The guy at the bar stood and waited on someone who didnt know what they wanted and had a full conversation with another customer. I gave him some time but I eventually walked out.

Cleanliness was superb throughout the store. I love the fact they have samples of items to help make my buying decisions. Although the prices have lowered some, its still smart to shop with a game plan to ensure not to over spend! Will return in the future, especially for grass fed beef!

Always fresh, lots of sales, especially if youre a prime member, and great customer service. I ask the butchers to make special cuts for me all the time and they are more than willing to do so. Often, theres dining activities focused on the bar inside. Youd be surprised how many affordable groceries are here. 👏

Great food fun place to shop

The selection and quality of produce is great. The sushi is good for a quick meal. Their selection of Halo Top ice cream makes me smile. The total at the register usually hurts my soul as much as it does the bank account.

I was a little different.

We shopped at this location for the first time. Very clean store, and well stocked shelves. Very friendly cashier and fast service. Good hot and cold food options (we came in to buy lunch). We will certainly come here again if we’re ever in the area in the future.
