In 2014 we rented a a place from Gina and Darren... number one they already choose me to rent to but still had multiple people show up paying for applications to apply for a property that was already in the process of being rented to me! When i left the residence i left the place remarkably clean left brand new blinds for the new tenants even though nothing was wrong with the ones up i just felt would be necessary,the home was cleaner then when we moved in... during my time there the whole shelf had fell off the wall with my dishes in it mind you i just got done feeding my baby in her highchair missed her by seconds!! spoke to gina and they refused to replace it or my dishes that was lost, i paid for removal of the shelf and didnt bother with them anymore .. decided to move cause our family grew and when we left like i said before the place was in pristine condition i was sure to get my deposit back well got a letter stating i would only receive 60 dollars they charged me to have someone put up the new blinds i left the tenantswhich was 50 bucks per set i left 8 of em for trash removal that was there when i first moved in and charged me a cleaning fee honestly they wete by far the most slum of landlords i have ever dealt with... its a wonder why the tenants before me were pretty upset with them and came back to vandalize the home before i moved in.... almost the year 2020 and i still havent forgot the kind of unfair people they are.. may be good at constructing homes but lack loyalty in renting homes to anyone very unfair individuals..

Phoned this company for a consult on finishing our basement and remodeling some upstairs areas....$100K budget. Set up a day and time for Darren to come out. Received multiple e-mail reminders with helpful info on what to expect. I researched their website and houzz site for hours in preparation of the visit. Its still hard to believe, but he actually no showed to the consult without any text/e-mail/phone call whatsoever. I actually had to phone them, and was told he was in a meeting. I had to phone them? Seriously? He never left the office and couldnt spend a minute to let me know? I had to restructure my busy schedule to be home during the day so the consult could happen and Darren no shows? What an awful first impression! I guess my time is not as valuable as their own. They spend thousands of dollars on marketing and then no show to a consultation appointment. Yikes! Bad management!!!! I suppose they are so successful that they didnt need my job...or yours. Dont waste your time.
