I had the opportunity to work for dana for almost a year. The employees most of them were awesome people but the way management runs the company is not good for anyone trying to find steady work bc of the toxic environment management has created especially in the shipping and assembly department. There are better jobs out there dont waste your time. They have no problem letting you go. You are expendable. Do you want to work for a company like that??
