The staff is very helpful in finding particular yarn and knowledgeable about yarn types. They have sooooo many options that its hard not to buy everything!

I went on a Friday afternoon. Friendly and helpful staff! The staff was great to chat up about yarn and the local area. A good selection of yarn (Plymouth, Cascade, Malabrigo, Shibui, etc). So happy to have found my new LYS in the Boulder area!

I dont care for this yarn shop. While their arent many stores around, Maverick is a little too full, too messy, shelves are too deep to put yarn back easily and its hard to understand how the store is organized. They have cute bags, good lighting, but arent always the most helpful with suggestions

Ahhh so lovely! There is so much beautiful stuff in this little store and I can’t believe how immensely kind and helpful the woman working there was. Cant wait to come back! Highly recommended :)

This is by far my favorite LYS. I adore their selection. The staff is knowledgeable and supportive. While the store is small they have incredible selection and have been taking good CoVid precautions.

My wife tells me this place is a gem. She cant wait to go again.

I popped in on a whim to look for some yarn I needed for a specific project. The very lovely woman working helped me pick out exactly what I needed to make cupcake hats, invited me to their knitting group Wednesdays and just generally made my day brighter. Love this place and will definitely be shopping here more!

I went in looking for a bit of guidance with a blanket I was working on, and Kirsten could not have been more helpful. She explained what had happened in my project and gave her recommendation on what to do and it worked out great! Really appreciate all the time she spent with me. This shop has so many different yarns and patterns to choose from, I will definitely be returning to stock up on material for my next project!

The new owner has done a great job of refreshing this store with new lighting, new fixtures, and a great new mix of inventory that features lots of interesting and local fibers. Theres something here for everyone.
