My first time at Wrede’s yesterday and I loved it. Super nice people and loved the selection of flagstone. Will definitely be back.

Selection was decent, service was not. Had very few carts (they had 2 of them) to gather materials and insufficient staff to handle even a handful of customers. Wait times were long even after finally acquiring a cart. Something that shouldve taken 20 minutes took 1.5 hours...ridiculous.

The cobblestones were exactly what we were looking for to edge our bed. It was so easy, we pulled up, weighed our truck, loaded our rocks, and paid by weight after. Awesome selection!

Terrible. No assistance when needed. Would only talk about order over the phone. Pricing posted was incorrect and misleading. Loaded my own trunk with 5 different types of stepping stones, 5 of each. Took me approx 30 minutes. No sign of employees. Wrote pricing down as it was advertised. When I called them again to pay, i was told it was wrong and my car had to be weighed. But, since 5 types, 5 times. Unloaded, reloaded per type. Suggested averaging price for everyones convenience. Nope. Too pricey. (It was not marble or granite). Prices ranged from $.24 to $.37. It was 25 rocks!I am 71 yr old female. A very mad, hot and exhausted person who had them unload my trunk and left. Mgr couldnt speak to me because of pandemic. Not allowed to go outside. They could have made a situation they created with their incorrect pricing display and no employee assistance a still solvable ending, but no. I wouldnt buy a pebble from them.

Was great place to shop before new management, understand with covid and mask would be fine but you cant go in and get prices or grass seed have to call and pay over the phone.

Refusing to take cash during a pandemic is completely understandable. Not warning customers before they drive in from out of town is not.

Purchased fine quality product at a great price, great selection. The staff gave honest advice which saved me money. I will be going here instead of the big box home stores from now on. Staff is easy to work with, customer oriented, and they have a couple nice dogs you can pet! Truck rental was available with no hassle whatsoever. We moved 3 tons of rock to our home for $20. Not bad, will use for all future landscaping needs!! 5/5 Stars. Highly recommended by this customer.

Got exactly what we needed. Great selection. Great staff. Great value. Even gave the kids a bag to hunt for a small rock collection while on site. Highly recommended.

I was there today and wanted to buy 8 ton of landscape rock for the price of $225 (cost in flyer - which includes delivery cost) only to find out I purchased a house on the only road they will not deliver too. So I said okay, if a big truck cant go down this road, can we just use your truck. Oh sure you can, itll be $343. Excuse me, why is this so much more. I was told we are only charging you once for the truck. That is the cost. If the cost was $250 - $270, okay I wouldnt went with it, but if youre going to blatantly rip me off, I will leave. Its a shame because I needed more than just rock, I need excavation services, retaining wall and probably more rock.

Bought firewood from here. Received a lot for a great price. We used one of there trucks to haul it to our house for a small fee. Very convenient if you dont have a truck.
