Usually is one of my favorite stores yesterday I was there about 7pm to young ladies working behind the counter one helped me pick out my dress absolutely the other should really stick to ring things up and not spewing her political views and what people should or should not be doing when theyre not harmingsomebody else very disrespectful and rude to your customer yesterday with a store full of people. Ill be in there to buy my beautiful dress. Again one of my favorite stores I buy all of my crystals my cards incense my husbands liquid blues should really have a talk with your employees and they should keep their mouth shut when someone is being themselves. PTSD people should not judge if they do not know the girl that was working yesterday should be ashamed of herself and if that was my store she would be fired the other girl though that helper me size my dress up even touched my shoulder she I applaud.

I was there 2 mos ago and i had the best customer service of my life from a beautiful Mexican woman. Very knowledgable and patient!!! This woman needs a raise!

Love getting my incense sticks from New age spirit

I got vape juice here less than a week ago, and it went bad less than a week after purchase. Their products are HORRIBLE quality. Hopefully their customer service is better when I go for a refund of an exchange. When I pay ~$30 for a product, I expect it to be good.

Sold me a vape pen that didnt work. An accessory that was supposed to be included was also missing. Called the same day for a refund, they said contact the manufacturer. Contacted the manufacturer with pix and turns out the pen New Age sold me was counterfeit! Luckily the manufacturer gave me a huge discount on a legit pen. Save trouble and money (they charge way too much) and shop Amazon.

Used to love this store, but after working there and seeing how the employees are treated firsthand and how things operate around there, it really left a very sour taste in my mouth. Almost every product in this store is of insanely cheap quality. All of the jewelry is not worth buying and from a wholesale dealer in China, worth probably a few cents per piece. Lots of the hoodies/tees are Gildan. All the glass is from China and EASILY breakable. Dont ever trust a vape from this store, most of them come back defective and theres a no return policy. I can only assume these were purchased through a wholesale website too. The owner also instructs employees to put cracked or broken glass in the cases so she can make a quick buck off of those too. Make sure to remember that these employees are paid VERY little and have no control over the ridiculous policies in this store. This review is 100% my opinion and not emotionally charged by ill feelings whatsoever. I wholeheartedly do not believe what the owner does is right and rips off her customers daily.

Would give a 0 if I could. They sold me a cracked piece so I can’t even use it. Even after explainationthat it hadn’t been used and I just wanted a refund they said they couldn’t help me. Waste of $50.

Sold defective product, requested exchange within 24 hours of purchase. Refused to exchange. Everything in this store is cheap Chinese manufactured goods from AliExpress. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
