Worked for Voestalpine for almost 3 years. They will hire anyone who walks into the door looking for a job. Everything in that building has a book that tells you how to do your job. That being said management treats the employees poorly due to them being easily replaced. Uncompetitive wages. A skill set means nothing to this company. Maintenance is a joke. Old machines that breakdown constantly. Your set up for failure everyday. This place is good for short term employment. Dont expect a career here. The best thing I ever did was leave Voestalpine.
Great people to work with. Greg is well organized and makes our company feel comfortable with his experience.
They are not a good company to work for especially now they have new people in the office. When I was there nothing but a stressful environment especially how they treated their people.
Horrible leadership. Uncompetitive wages. Dirty, the air is full of pollution. Low moral. Abusive supervision. I was fired for getting injured. Because of Indiana at will laws.
I wish I could give 5 stars, but ever since Ben was fired my morale has been significantly lower.
Very slow for delivery... 5 hours
Lowest employee moral of anywhere Ive ever worked.
They spend 5 to 6 hours to unload one truck.
Good place to work
