Not at all satisfied with the shady billing process. Being severely overcharged for my device, and told there’s nothing that can be done about it. I don’t know how you can justify charging almost double what other suppliers charge for the exact same machine, and charging separately for different components that COME WITH the machine from the manufacturer. This whole experience has left me feeling like I’ve been taken advantage of. Will definitely not be using this company in the future, and will make sure no one I know uses their services. I cant seem to get a straight answer from anyone as to why the price is so severely inflated. Everyone Ive talked to has told me I dont set the prices, so theres nothing that can be done. This is no way to treat a paying customer. If you decide to use this company for your medical supplies, do not pay a penny until you have an itemized invoice for EVERYTHING you are paying for. Nothing was disclosed to me until after I had paid an almost $700 deposit and received the supplies. I should have asked more questions before agreeing to anything, but hindsight is 20/20. Do your research before purchasing ANYTHING from this company! Dont make the same mistake I did!
I wish you could give a -10 I would they dont care about your health just money. This recall on the machines they sell they can care less email the CEO he dont. And had trouble with their ordering department like so many other people their billing sucks.
Did not provide services after telling me they would. Constantly sent mail to the wrong address after being told several times not to...kept sending email invoices after being told I could not open them and then charged me over $200 after I was told that I did not owe it. The invoice showed an amount due for a machine that I returned.. supplies (that I did owe for) did not show any breakdown of cost..just blank space.
I have NOTHING but Wonderful experience from my Purchase, Billing and Customer Service!! These 2 people have gone BEYOND their call to help me work through issues with my insurance company and various medical personnel..Stacey Hernandez and Denise Myers deserve recognition for their all out efforts to guarantee CUSTOMER SATISFACTION! Its all about the dollar. They dont give a s €€€ about your illnesses. Gave me a old machine when I know has been outdated. I had two back surgeries I cant move that heavy old machine it does me any good. I cant get another unit cause Medicaid only replace after 5 years. The unit was probably a replacement from someone else. I dont think that they still make this model.
No customer service or feedback. In two years only time they called me was to see if I needed supplies. Told the girl I was not happy with their service and she said she would tell her supervisor, still no call. Been on CPAP for 20 months, NEVER received a call to see how things are going or to report their findings of device feedback to me.
Having to deal with someone out of state now. Been waiting on 4 filters gor 2 weeks!!! And only after a barage of questions from a not so friendly or helpful person
The system for ordering supplies is horrible. Then when mistakes are made they refuse to make it right.
