Went to get an awning, well the lady at the front desk told me no salesmen were there at the moment and as soon as they do, one would contact me. Well here we are a week later, and no one has contacted me from patio center. They not dealing with the public due to this pandemic. Company has an inexperienced receptionist. To no relay my number to a salesman, for whatever reason. She should have contacted me personally to find out what I needed and wanted instead of being scared of this no nonsense pandemic that has everyone without a brain so brainwashed.

March 30, 2021: I am still waiting after 1 month of having my down payment still no sign of even an email as to why my patio is delayed. Do yourself a favor: ASK how long it will take them to start BEFORE you give them $$$$! Not happy with this situation at all.Update: The patio was finished on May 7th, 2021. Very nice craftsmanship. They forgot my metal fleur de lis for the poles, but overall, well done.!
