Great store and friendly stuff, but I cant ignore the frustration I get on every order. It looks like the management have a lot to learn and understand its not the customers responsibility to chase them to get the uniforms. The minute the school designates an alternative store for their uniforms, this one is gone from my list forever. Every year I go well in advance (so no excuses) but most of the items are not in stock, I would order them for peace of mind but they dont take orders. Its so unfair because other people may get those items ahead of me, just by chance, its a total roulete.Funny enough, this school used to deal with some other tiny store ran by 2 old people, for part of the uniforms. They were really old fashioned and low-tech, but the customer care was amazing. I never had to chase them for my uniforms. In sharp contrast, Uniformity seems to have all the resources but they have no clue how to manage the store.

Parking outside, large selection of uniform but also school stationary, bags, shoes so you can get everything there. Busy during the summer months so you may have to wait. I did have a problem with one thing where I was given the incorrect item, but the level of customer service to resolve the issue was excellent, totally made up for the initial avoidable error.

Not even the nice shop and friendly staff can make up for the outrage of the orders. Every year, when I order the uniforms for school, it takes forever and I have to chase the staff to receive what I payed for. Unfortunately, this is the designated shop to make uniforms (tracksuits) for my sons school, otherwise I would surely choose other store. Some strange policies too, I was told in September that they dont take orders because its the beginning of the school year and it would take too long. Is there anything that makes sense at Uniformity and doesnt end up in customer frustration?Interesting to see so many 5-star reviews without comments in here.

I did not have to wait for a while to get service unlike other stores.

Young woman that helped me was a delight. Even tried on a jacket for fit as she was about the same size as my daughter. Older woman who rang me up was grumpy and kind of snarky. Im giving you money. You dont have to smile and be cheerful, but at least act like youre not doing me a favor when I make a purchase.
