My favorite was the cappuccino chocolate and boy was it scrumptious! Its pricey but delicious. Im torn about it because its not crazy sweet, very delicate and seemingly fresh and handmade. Its legit but at $3 ($3-3.87) per small chocolate, it keeps you from really enjoying the chocolate.Maybe thats just me but I wanted quite a few more. I was on vacay so I was alittle more loose with my wallet just cause of that.

The shop is really neat, great location, great selection. The lady behind the counter was not attentive, always on her phone. Didnt make eye contact. Nothing egregious but service could have been better.

Received a great box of chocolates from here for Christmas and decided to checkout the shop in person. Lovely young lady help me put together some wonderful gift bag/box for birthday gifts. The shop is beautiful and the chocolates are perfect.

A handful of the chocolate truffles are vegan / dairy-free! The almond one was quite rich.

My favorite chocolate shop on the west coast. It’s located in a beautiful alleyway in Laguna beach. Beautiful to visit at night. Their displays for the holidays are always amazing- both Halloween and Christmas. Their chocolates in the case are delicious! And I can never resist one of their seasonal decorated chocolates. They are so helpful, too, because they always say ‘hi’ and offer to answer any questions.

Fantastic place for the kiddos highs after Brunch in great downtown Orange County. They have one of the best selections of Rootbeer anywhere! The place is always full of customers.

Ive been her twice since the beginning of Covid-19, because I believe in supporting small business. The first time the shop keeper was a man and the second a Woman. They always have a wonderful fresh collection of sweets. I prefer the Bordeaux and the Dark Chocolate covered Marshmallow. Cant wait to see what they have my next visit.

The Girl working at this Chocolate Haven was super friendly and inviting. She even took the time to explain all of the various options and flavor profiles that I would enjoy. Everything was delicious especially the dark chocolate covered strawberries. She took our photos inside this Angelical store and the beautiful courtyard with my phone. Overall great experience

A friend just gifted me a piece of black satin. It was delicious! Cant wait to eat another one!

Found the tea thermos we needed and were able to get many other things via special order. Metered parking in front and lots of candy options for those interested. We will be back for decor and treats!

We recommend La Rue Du Chocolate to everyone. This place is delicious from their chocolate covered pretzels to their salted Carmel morsels shaped like presents. This quant little chocolateer is so deferent than any other we have ever tried. Also I am allergic to peanuts (all nuts for that fact) and their treats did not bother my allergy at all. I can not thank the owner and employee enough for being so helpful and pleasant. My boyfriend and I will definitely be going back there for our chocolate fixes.Thanks from the couple you gave advise to concerning lunch appetizers across from the store.The 1:30 changed to 2:30 lunch bunch.
