One of the worst experiences I’ve had with an optometry office. My eye exam was over $250 and the doctor got it wrong. I purchased a pair of eye glasses and they had to be sent back for new lens twice. I never wore them and tried to return them for a partial credit (less than half the price I paid); however the owner/optometrist refused to work with me. I thought I was a loyal customer as I had purchased prescription sunglasses from here twice before. I should have taken their “no refunds” sign seriously.

After experiencing eye pain, my doctor in NYC said that I have dry eyes and told me to start using a gel before going to sleep. 8 weeks later, the pain had gotten worse, and I decided to see another doctor. By that point I was in Laguna Beach, so I called Dr. Harrisons office.She saw me via a video conference on a Thursday (suspected that I had an eye abrasion); she followed up in person on Saturday, confirmed her diagnosis and started me on a treatment plan. When my eye had not improved by Monday morning, she didnt wait, but sent me to a specialist.Instead of having me call the specialist and try to schedule an appointment, she had her office staff call on my behalf. They made sure that the specialist saw me that same day. I was out of Dr. Harrisons office and at the specialists office 2 hours later.That night, Dr. Harrison called to see how I was doing, and she followed up again the next day and later in the week.The whole thing was an ordeal and theres a lot more to the story, but my takeaway is that Dr. Harrison and her staff really care about their patients. Theyre super competent, and theyll do whatever is necessary to make sure that their patients get the care needed.

Amazing!!I have relied on Laguna Eyes Optometry for my glasses for over 4 years now. Their service and quality is second to none. I ordered glasses before I left for a trip on a tight turnaround and received my frames and put in the new prescription WITH Bluetech UV protection the VERY NEXT DAY! They do work in house which saves so much time. The prices were great too! Now I can SEE why they are the best around. thank you Guys!!

Dr. Alicia Harrison has been my doctor for so many years. She was the first to recognize the signs of glaucoma. Plus, multiple other eye health issues. She sent me to a specialist to rule out an other serious issue. I was seen right away.. Now, through the years, Ive developed cataracts. She sent me to a specialist. Dr. Harrison communicated with the specialist to make sure that I was given the proper lens. She always goes above and beyond and follows my care. She is always there for any questions or anxieties I have with any of my treatments. I have multiple issues with my eyes and she is making sure that I keep my eyesight. I just got my new lenses from Laguna Eyes Optometry. It has all the newest features. Prism tech to reduce eye strain and headaches, blue light reduction to protect from macular degeneration and vision loss, progressive correction, and transitional sun protection. I couldn’t be happier with the new lenses. Not only do they have the highest tech they have the best doctors and knowledgeable and professional staff. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.

I found Dr. Harrison to be helpful and attentive. He made a few suggestions based on my previous experience with other brands of contacts and I walked away feeling that the Dr and his staff had a genuine interest in my well being. They explained all the billing and which tests were covered by my insurance and which werent, there was no pressure to get the expensive tests, just the option.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH AN EYE DOCTOR. If I could have given them minus stars I would. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses. The gal mixed up the prescriptions and I got back the wrong prescription in the wrong glasses. Couldnt see a thing.They said theyd rush the order to make it right and Id get in 4 days. Its been a week and nothing. I told them to refund my money, $1200!.DO NOT GO THERE!
