Cactus arrangement are 👍 Every time I go there get the ideas plus their organic cactus soil are very reasonable price👍But sometimes they loaded in the car sometimes not😰 not very friendly 😰

We Wanted to buy a portable air conditioner today but couldnt get any help. Several employees walked by and totally ignored us. There were other customers needing assistance as well. None of us were able to even get an acknowledgement from any of the 5 employees that walked past us while we were looking for help! Home depot used to be better than this. Guess well try Lowes for our appliance.

There were two associates in the garden department when I checked out. I had to make two trips to get the soil I wanted up to the register. When I checked out no one offered to help carrying one bag to the car. One suggested I go get a cart, but didnt think to help me out by getting it for me while I was with some one with a disability. My brother used to work at another Home Depot and he always asked if a customer would like help out to their car. If they were busy, I wouldnt have given it a second thought. But they were both standing there, no other customer or task. I carried both bags myself and know that I, just as another customer, wouldve offered to carry one of the bags for another customer.

The saw to cut lumber is NEVER in service the staff does not accommodate to cut your wood for you. THEY SELL SAW MACHINES just open a box to accommodate paying customers. Its messy, There are multiple carts left in every row of the store.

The Home Depot employees are helpful, both at the Laguna Hills store and call center. However, their appliances delivery company Temco Logistics is no good. I received a replacement even after I spent an hour with Home Depot + LG telling them Id accept damage allowance so they dont need to send a replacement. Now Im stuck with TWO brand new ranges because the delivery guy from Temco Logistics insisted on the delivery order is only to deliver the replacement and does not include picking up the previously deliered LG range (not my old one but the new range delivered a month ago). I spent more than an hour with Home Depot and was told dispatcher dept does not work on weekends. You be the judge if you still wanted to purchase appliances with Home Depot.

Place is absolutely horrible before I even finish paying for something the cashier walked up to me and demanded my receipt..before it could even print or before I could actually pay...and then had to verify what I was purchasing... Before I could finish buying small things such as electrical items...super rude and unbelievable

I have been super disappointed with home Depotlately. All of South Orange county has been limited on inventory so I cant get super common essential parts for work. When I have to drive 21 home Depot its significantly each time and time is of course money

Bought again milwaukee products here. They have their Thanksgiving black Friday sale and oh man lots of deals you can get. Staff are always helpful and if you need something they will even accompany you to that specific aisle or product.

So easy and ahead of the curve on modern shopping, I can check out with paypal, cc, google pay etc... And choose curbside delivery, or an outdoor locker pickup at any store in choose and within a few hours of purchase.

I am writing to commend Geri in the appliance center. She bent over backwards to help me get my new LG counter depth side by side in timely fashion at the best price available. This was done late one weekday evening when I am sure she was tired out as well. Thanks also to the manager on duty who okayed everything. Sorry I did not get that name but it was the night of July 16th. The delivery service was also very efficient. Now I hope I will get many years of service from this item!!

My mother-in-law had purchased a dishwasher at this location which was unfortunately installed incorrectly by the appointed contractor and never worked. We were initially given the run around by Home Depot until the appliance supervisor there, a woman by the name of Geri stepped in and took clear ownership of finding a resolution for us, which she was able to do.Geri is the primary reason why I’m giving 5 stars despite the hassle and she’s the only reason we’d go back to this Home Depot.Thank you, Geri!

Ok. This is not a big have everything Home Depot. But the wait times are minimal. It has plenty of staff. Tons of parking. And no annoying labor loitering around the parking lot. I personally pick this location first because there is never a line

Needed help finding something in electrical. Waited 10 minutes before leaving and going somewhere else. Great location and the lady at the front desk was great. I dont think that it is an unrealistic expectation to have someone assist you within 10 minutes at 7 PM on a Friday.

Its one of my favorite stores. At least 3 times a week Im there walking through the whole store (mostly for execise) and always find things my Condo is in need of. An employee in orange is never far to help me with upgrades. Thank you Home Depot.

Like I said many times, you need to stream line your store inventory, customer serviceI been to 5 location, no one seems to know what the heck is going on. And forget about your online service, inventory management is poor at best, no wonder Amazon, Costco and other stores are doing so well.

Got everything on my list. Very, very helpful associates all over the store. Particularly Margo in appliances who helped me on the phone and then in the store to make sure I picked the Washer that would work best for me. Convenient ample parking. Nice restroom.

I dont know if is because of the covid but I just was there at 19:10, I asked two workers for a cordless machine no one helped 6 workers pass by and nothing, what time you guys close? Should you change your working hours?. Not the only ones working. Sorry for the review but because of that I have to be up at 4 am tomorrow.

Huge store you can get lost. I would suggest putting up like a directory right after the entrance so people dont have to ask for directions every time. So much variety of materials and products to choose from, and the self checkout is awesome!

The Home Depot is becoming a place to get what they sell not necessarily what you need. I went in during a hot spell to get a patio mister kit, was told they dont carry in the store anymore because they only sell in summer, but I could order online and get it within a week. This is what has happened over several of my projects lately. It has actually become easier to just order online from Amazon (cheaper) or just go to Lowes where they always seem to have what Im looking for ( faster). It seems to be if your are not a contractor buying in bulk they dont care about your one or two small buys. Too bad I hope more jobs dont go away do to their ( its online not in the store approach)

Staff was very friendly (particularly the guy who helped me check out and the lot attendant!) They helped with coupons that I didn’t know existed. Felt much more like a small town hardware store than a big chain.

This is one of the two home improvement stores I attend the most. Their gardening section is great. Purchased several trees and plant when I was doing my landscape. Never had any issues with the plants I purchased from here. My palm trees, shrubs and bushes are striving.

Hands down, the BEST Home Depot in the area. Why? (1) Theyre better organized than the one off La Paz in Laguna Niguel, as well as the even bigger one off of the 5 and El Toro. (2) They seem to always have sale stock when the other stores have been rampaged. (3) You can get genuine help here, as a lot of the employees are from the nearby retirement community, and have a lifetime of knowledge to share, as well as a willingness to genuinely help when youre trying to complete your own home project yourself 👍

Its a good Home Depot. Its a little smaller than some others nearby and people always have too high expectations that Albert Einstein is going to help solve you DIY issue, but they are friendly and helpful here. Managed well.

I have been here many times. The staff are truly nice and helpful. Your projects will get done, and they will get done in a way that is better than other home depots because the staff listen to your problem so well and have ...Sage ... advice. The only downside is customer service always has a huge line filled with people.

What i like about home depot is the fact that you get to see someone to ask questions about what it is youre working on. This particular store is almost like home to me. I enjoy shopping here and i think the store is always clean and well laid out.

I was looking for a yardstick. I asked 3 people but no one could help me. I was not able to get what I wanted.

Ordered cut to length OSB at 10:50 AM. Was told that the gentleman that cuts wood was at a customers site and there was no one else who could help. I agreed to come back at 2:00 to pick up. Was told by Steve to pick up at will call. Received e-mail confirming my order was ready. Went to will call and waited 15 mins to be told they didnt have material and to check with Steve to see where it was. After another 15 mins of waiting I was told that the saw was broken and they didnt have my order ready. Cancelled my order and had to wait another 15 mins to get my money back. Got the impression from everyone involved that my time wasnt important. Will never shop at this store again.

Very nice store associates very kind and helpful, juas a little tip if you ever come to have a situation where you only need a small piece of fiber glass,or small pieces of wood ask if you can buy just what you need, it my not be all stores but it does not hurt to ask I hesitate to ask but I still did and guess what on top of just getting what I needed I got 50% off on a piece of base board and my piece of fiber glass the lady said if something breaks or if its returned they put out in the floor for sale, l am not talking about tools or any devices just come sense items so check out.

I like this location better than the Laguna Niguel store on La Paz. This is a full size store and carries a better selection. The La Paz store is an old Home Club / Home Base that HD took over.

This location has the best sales staff and is better organized than other Home Depot locations in Orange County. More experienced staffing and better inventory control.

These guys will not match competitor pricing from Ganahl Lumber and the Pro desk manager is an angry lady. Save yourself the time & hassle, go straight to Ganahl and save a few bucks. A few bucks saved here and there equal piano lessons, truck payment, tools.....! #Zombies

This Home Depot store look nice from outside, inside is clean and neats, staff people is friendly and helpful when you needed them. Wheel chair can access in and out store easy and there is a huge parking lots and it is free too, yeah !!! Hope this can help you something.
