I dont get my hair cut very often. Maybe once every 3 months, I kind of trim it myself. I was getting shaggy looking so I stopped in for a quick hair cut. Supercuts had no problem with me being a walk in. They put me in a chair right away. That was nice. The girl that cut my hair was very knowledgeable and professional, she suggested I cut it a little shorter. She did a very nice job and she massaged my head a little when she was finished with the shampoo. What she used smelled very good and I left looking good and feeling good too. Highly recommend

I think this picture says it all. Lady clearly has no idea how to cut hair. There was about an inch difference in length between the left and right, and chunks of hair sticking out along the “line”. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

Im honestly so disappointed and feel cheated. Ive been growing my hair out for months in hope of getting a particular style, but it was ruined. I went in asking for a look, like a spiked undercut, that was fairly long for a mens hair cut on the top and short on the sides. I asked the man to keep the same length for the top of my head and he simply cut it. When he shaved the sides and back I felt the clippers actually bounce off of my head. The cut was very rushed and unprofessional. Im not sure if the man was still training, but he really ruined my mood and the way I feel about my hair. I had pretty nice hair and now I look like a porcupine. I was not offered a refund and had to go to another location to have it fixed because I did not trust the man to do it again. He blamed it on the lighting, but this does not make sense to me because the woman present during the incident did a very good job on me last time. I hope to get in contact with the owner for a refund or another haircut for free on my next visit (because I dont think its the location, rather the specific person). I still tipped him, but I regret it not because of the job and his lack of empathy. Hair is a big insecurity for me and now I will be wearing a hat for a few months.If you are the owner, please contact me. Dominic is classically trained and I trust him because he listens. Very professional. hadnt been in for awhile because when I called for an appointment I was mistakenly informed that he had retired. Very relieved that hes okay and still working hard.

Worst haircut of my life. I went in yesterday March 16. Not busy at all. Ive never had my hair cut at one of these inexpensive places from a guy. He seemed to just want to get it overwith and just chopped off a huge part of my hair after assuming and misunderstanding what I was explaining to him. I will have to wear my hair pulled back in a ponytail. (Im 65) Under different circumstances Id be really depressed but every event is cancelled so I have at least a few months to let it grow out but it will still be strange looking.

Went here a bit ago and asked to cut my hair to 1 INCH Susan repeated to me, You want your hair 1 INCH, right? I said yes. She pulled out a SIZE 1 CLIPPER, me not knowing anything about hair, thought that size 1 meant 1 inch. Wrong. I was looking to walk out of there with 1 inch long hair but instead I walked out with a military buzzcut. Do not recommend getting your hair cut here, although Travis gave me a good cut the next time I came and seemed to know what I was doing. DO NOT LET SUSAN CUT YOUR HAIR.

I have gone to this Supercuts several times and every time has been wonderful. The price is fair, the skill is great, and I have not once left disappointed.

If youre a senior citizen and have all day to wait or you like a very slow pace this place is for you. I brought my son here to get a quick haircut before his baseball game across the street. No young people in there. Nothing here happens quickly. My son was up next, but 5 minutes later the barber was still trying to type something on the PC and still wanted to sweep up 2 stations. I just didnt have the time.

I have always liked Supercuts I had an Awesome stylist, Tinoosh, did a trim only. But educated me on products to use, and I feel my hair does not get out of control w frizziness like it use to its way healthier and thicker than before I saw her because she knew what she was talking about. Thank you Tinoosh.

Went in to get a trim. Came out with my bangs way too short (made even shorter since the manager had to correct the original uneven-ness from the woman who cut my hair) and the layers totally taken away. $24 later, it looks much worse than what I could have done at home, and I now have to pay more $ to go somewhere else to get it fixed as Supercuts refused to fix it. Will never go back.

Seriously, if you dont want to go to get mad, its better that you dont go.

My Mom went in there and got a guy named Travis this week and he is clearly no good! I couldve given her a better hair cut and I cant cut hair. Her hair is short to begin with but now it is long on top on one side of her head and shorter on the other side and the middle of the back of her head is half inch long and the bottom is longer than that. There is no style there! It is too short to even help with a styling iron. She looks like a little boy with a bad haircut! Fire this guy Please!

Wanted to do no stars but it wouldnt let me .one star is far too generous. My step daughter went in for a trim of about 2 inches and the moron who did her hair cut about 8 inches off. This is not what she wanted !!!he was so unprofessional. When you go to a hair salon they are supposed to do what you want not what they want and that is obvious that is exactly what he did. Do not go to the salon !!

One of my worst haircuts. Asked for a simple undercut, but ended up with Jim Careys haircut from the movie Dumb and Dumber. Other issues were:1) Got a cold water shampoo and conditioning 2) Continuous interruptions.3) Wanted to charge me extra for any sort of styling so I ended up leaving with messy wet hair and little bits of clippings all over my clothes.

These guys are the bottom of the barrel. Hands down the worst haircut I have ever had was at this place. The owner and employees had a very terrible relationship as well. Trust me guys, if you are in desperate need to get a haircut, even then, dont goto supercuts. Especially this one. I mean haircut is such a basic thing that I would never write a review about it. But now after 1 week too, I am so enraged with the bad haircut that I just wanted to write this review to warn others.

I dont recommend this supercut! I got there today at 7:48 and rhe lady inside she told me that they are close! Btw theyre closing at 8PM.

Just went in for a trim around the ears and tapered cut in the back. Didnt take the stylist more than 10 minutes to do. Still charged me $20!!! Ouch!!!
