These guys did a really great job on my bike. This was my first time servicing my bike and was looking for advice and they were super helpful and friendly. Service was very honest and fair. I’ll definitely be back!

While cycling to a job interview, I noticed that I was having trouble pedaling and assumed that my tires may be the problem. After a quick Google search for the nearest bike shop, I stopped at Orange County Bicycle Service and was assisted by Sean. He was able to identify what the problem was with my bike, inflated my wheels and said I was good to go.As a person that has lived in the Netherlands where bicycles are basically a way of life, I was so happy to find great service in Orange County. Needless to say, I will definitely be coming back here for all my bicycle needs. Thank you, Sean for saving me from what could have been an awful accident!

Affordable and honestIf you if you live in the Orange County area and you need your bicycle repaired this is the place to go to. I would highly recommend this bike shop to people who want to do minor service like fixing a tube or adding a new tire or servicing the brakes. They are honest wont overcharge you. They are extremely busy because of this.

Its a good little shop and they have quite a few service techs working on bikes I asked some questions they are very knowledgeable with their answers seem to be very nice and friendly I would definitely come back here again!! Part 2 So I had to go back there second time because I realized my rear hydraulic brakes werent working the way they should have been the first time so I had to decide to go back on Saturday only because Im coming from Anaheim to this location but luckily enough when I got there I met up with some really good people there that morning on Saturday! And Greg was a mechanic I talked too he seemed very knowledgeable about my bike answered my questions he was very good about taking time to show me the issue with my back brakes and how he fixed them so for that I give them five stars I would definitely come back to this location and were definitely prefer them to any of my friends who need their bike worked on!

Good shop, one of the few places where the actual owner is there hands on everyday and does the work right. Honest prices and Ive always been happy with the service here. I brought in fork to get cut and they hooked it up and got me out of there in 20 minutes despite having to stop what they were doing to accommodate me. They were also super busy so i really appreciate their help, most bike shops around here are snobby and defiantly not this chill.

Ive been coming here for 3 or 4 years at least. Cory specializes in selling service, not expensive bikes. He is friendly, straightforward and honest. Not trying to up sell you on service or have you do stuff you dont need. Example. One of the two wheels I recently dropped off to be trued - one did not need to be trued. So he didnt charge me anything for that one because nothing needed to be done. Have an old bike worth $200 bucks and you just want it in running condition? Tell him what you want, hes knows it doesnt make sense to do a $150 maintenance job on a $200 bike. Im leaving for an out of town bike trip in a day or so and need an emergency repair. He said he would do it while I wait.

I took my old rusty bike down and it came back a week later looking like It just came fresh from a store. The price were also very reasonable and the people running it were friendly aswell. 10/10 business

Horrible bike shop. No one wore a mask.I left my bike for consignment. Before I dropped it off, they were extremely responsive, claiming theyll post ads up on craigslist, pinkbike, and some other site. After I dropped it off, I got silence on any updates. After 2 weeks, I finally see the ad up ONLY on craigslist and there was only 7 words in the description, including a typo. So after about 2 months, the bike got sold under my asking price.

This review is long overdue. My kids started helping to fix bikes a couple months back as a way to serve the community during Covid and to pay off their mountain bike purchases, and we have been sourcing parts mainly from OC Bike Service & Garage during this time.To say that Cory has been a great help in making this venture a success for us is a gross understatement. He has given us great advice on repairs, and tries to sell us parts at competitive prices, helped us with hard to find parts for older bikes from his stash, and even weaved his magic to revive an old gummed up freehub I had thought definitely needed replacement. Lesser shops around would have been eager to sell a replacement, but Cory apparently belongs to some higher caste!My kids have now almost fully paid off their bikes and Cory and his team deserve their fair credit for this accomplishment. We are blessed to have Cory and his team local to us, and Im sure you will as well.

The OC Bike Garage is the real deal but without the superiority complex of other shops. Cory and his guys are highly skilled, willing to answer both simple and complex repair questions, and are willing to work on almost any bike. Prices are fair, though due to the popularity of the shop, turn around times can be a bit long. Would recommend.

First time customer today, and for sure lifetime customer! Needed a rear shock seal kit so looked up a bike shop near by. When I went to buy the kit to do it myself, they let me borrow a shock pump because they didnt want me to have to wait till Tuesday to bring my shock back to get pumped upped! Customer service/relationships should be like this everywhere!

HORRIBLE service - actually NO service at all! Dropped by bike off last Wed. for some shifting problems I was having. Never got a call, so I dropped in Fri. to check on it and it hadnt even been looked at even though the 2 guys in the shop were sitting around their desks not working on bikes. Said it would be ready Tuesday, so came by Tuesday, and still not even touched my bike. So I picked it up to take anywhere else. Service is NOT a strong suit here, so beware!

Bought a cheapo tandem on Amazon that had a poorly installed front bottom bracket. OC bicycle service installed a new bottom bracket making the tandem functional.
